Not a word was said about them doing this or when they would be cashing it. So when I tell Heather we are taking our business elsewhere, she says there is a 10% fee for cancelling. Tanner who bid the job didn't mention this and not anywhere does it say on our bid! We attempt to reach the owner through Facebook messenger and by leaving MANY messages to return our call right away with nothing in return.
