Be careful with working with this guy. He sold himself very well to earn the business on how long he's been repairing glass, on how he's big on customer service, how he's a man of his word because he is his brand, and not to forget how he was a God fearing man. I hired him to replace my sliding back door glass. It was $20 for him to come access the damage and take measurements. $302.12 for him to order the glass. Then he charged $775 to put the glass in door. Come to find out his measurements were incorrect. He tried to rig gaps by placing a stick in the bottom and putting silicone in the top. When he noticed that the gap was too big he said that he had another idea by placing some stripping over it. Well that didn't work either because he stated that he couldn't find any. I didn't hear from him til weeks later and he stated that he was going to redo the whole glass free of charge. That was June 7th we're now in August and he has yet to return my phone calls. read more
