However, these guys at Griffith's Bump and Pain are so kind and were so patient with me. I got into a mini accident on Saturday which left me unable to open my passenger-side door. I brought my car in on the following Thursday, and they had it fixed the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They even touched up the paint for me just because they happened to have the right color paint. It looks just as good as it did before the accident (honestly slightly better). I am very thankful for their kindness and quick and quality work.

An entire tree fell on my car while it was parked in my driveway. I got a quote somewhere else and had a $1,000 deductible and my car was supposed to be in the shop for 12 days with no options for a rental car (because i have no rental insurance). Conley's took my car in no questions asked, got me $500 dollars OFF my deductible for absolutely no reason, offered me a rental car for FREE, fixed a $100 part that insurance was not covering for FREE and had my car done in 4 days!! Not even just that, when I showed up to pick my car up they had it sparkling clean on the inside and out... my car was pretty dirty when i dropped it off. They even stayed at the shop 30 mins past close for me to come get it when i was off work. So grateful... whatever the case is with your car just come here. We drive an hour for them. Thank you Conley's!!

Them dropping my truck caused about $20,000 worth of body damage. Get my truck Back after about one month and two days later my tranny goes out. There were more issues, but when we called to resolve those, it took so many phone calls to get ahold of someone that it was too late to do anything about because we had put too many miles on the car by then. It would have been okay if they would have owned up to it and taken accountability for their service, but instead they blamed the fact that the job was done incorrectly and incompletely on us.
