Took my black coat to get the fuzzies off and cleaned and 3 buttons tightened.. they charged me $20 and didn't take the fuzzies off, didn't clean my coat and only fixed 2 buttons and had my coat for 3 days.. All they did was press my coat and left press marks all over my coat and faded the black.. I still even have hair on my coat from my kids.. The person who so called cleaned my coat I think his name was Butch, him and Claude the owner was very disrespectful, unprofessional, and didn't refund my money. I just bought my winter stuff in and for $40 it will be returned cleaned and pressed. I will do the same process in summer and fall. So for under $130.00/ year my dress garments will look good. The last place i went charged $4 for women's shirts and that was 3 years ago. For someone who easily paid $300 a year for dry cleaning of work attire and dress items, i am now spending 60% less. When I moved to Delaware County, it was a pleasure to have this cleaner and the cost was only 1.49 in 2003. The owners eventually raised the price to 2.49, which was fine, as it was years later. The store has now even taken over by African Americans who raised the price to 3.49 or whatever we can get. The audacity to separate prices but still have the 3.49 logo out front!!!! Isn't that called false advertisement as well as bait and switch? Dresses are $5.00, long coats are $12.00! Really???? Their prices are passed in greed, the clothes are not thoroughly cleaned, I had town spots on 4 of my items that wasn't there when I dropped them off, and anything that is cream or white isn't cream or white after they clean it once. They even burnt my wool pants due to excessive heat! Had to grow them away and now it's hard to find 100% wool pants now. ...greed always ruins a business. They need to go! read more

Just went to this location and found it closed. There is a legal notice taped to the door indicating that the strip mall owner won a judgment against the tenants. I don't expect this location to be reopening any time soon. read more

They are ok for cleaning but you should check the garment before taking it after cleaning, sometimes they leave stains uncleaned. Also, they never answer the phone listed for them. read more

DO not use this cleaners... They do not care for their customers at all. This type of cleaners is cheap, therefore their cleaning follows exactly their pricing. However, for clothes you do not want to wash nor pay top dollar for cleaners they would do. Until this weekend. In the past I've had a few things I questioned but just left alone. My issue with them is that a white dress I wore 1 time is now ruined to the point I cannot clean or wash it. This dress was not given to them to clean with large black marks on it, as if it were run over by a car or caught in some type of machine. The fabric is puckered. I wore this dress once for 3 hours. They gave me my money back saying they didn't even attempt to clean it. So, I went back into the cleaners and said, my dress did not come in here like this. The first guy I dealt with was arguing and the conversation was loud and I must say I was really upset. The guy went to get the owner. I said, to him calmly, I did not bring my dress in here like this. He went into how they marked it to not clean and that was that, there was no the customer is right. They were right in what they did and so my daughter was trying to ask him a question, when he said to her, he was not talking to her. Oh yes you will, she is a grown woman and can speak on my behalf I shouted to him because his voice was elevated as mine was. He got so indignant with me and my daughter, he said see my back.. talk to it!...and walked away. I asked for that managers name and they said, they will not tell me!! * I have been going to this cleaners for about 10 years. I took all my business there. I had stop going there for a while, but i started back up 6 months ago, I know the place look empty, maybe under new management?anyway, I put in about 17 pieces of clothing. When i pick them up on friday and when i about to put them on, maybe 3 days later - i notice that they weren't pressed all that good. So i took the worst ones back, 4 days has passed. Took them back on sat. went intot he store they told me " Im sorry but our system is down, we can't help you today. took my clothes and put them on the back seat. couldn t make it on Monday Got the Wednesday morning. The manager, Jerry Zorrila, basically cussed me out, without using cussing words, told me i m not pressing those clothes over. They are too winkled, I said "Yes, they wouldn';t be that winkled if your maching werent down on saturday. He said, What do i have to do with that, I said i have been coming here for years, you are not going to press these over for me, He said, in a nasty, mean, awful voice. "I m not pressing nothing over again and you can stand there all day. I don't care.......I was hurt, upset, angry. all the money i spent in that cleaners. I have patronized this cleaners for over 8yrs. They have new ownership .I have never experienced such bad customer service as I have today at this cleaners. A week ago I had taken 27 garments to be cleaned when I went to pick items up I noticed my knit dress hem was stretched out of shape . I brought it to the males attention I said I would go home & try on . I tried on dress & indeed it was stretched I called & spoke to (Bea) she told me to bring garment in w/ original slip & they would take care of it.That was a lie. I did. what was asked of me . I left dress with them . When I went today to get dress & get more items cleaned ; now I see my dress went from a sz large to xtra small .They have now shrunk my dress .The male worker called me a foul name when I demanded something be done. I know businesses have insurance to cover any mishaps .This was only a $20.00 dress. I asked for mgr when he came to speak to me he was loud ; rude ; and ignorant . He refused to take responsibility . I will never never go to this cleaners again. Be aware that if your garment gets damaged they refuse to accept. liability. The mgr could have at least given me a store credit ; I did have others items to be cleaned.. The rude behavior of mgr & staff was unnecessary . read more
