Dr. Khoury is amazing and is very thorough and really cares about his patients. I also never have to wait to get in. They made all my last 2 month appointments for me and if I have to reschedule I don't have to wait forever. I also never have to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room and the dr never makes me wait while in the exam room. This place is above and beyond. Unfortunately, after switching providers when Dr. Weber left, my experience steadily declined. At first, I was satisfied with Dr. Dikeman, but over time the professionalism from both her and parts of her team completely changed. The way I was treated recently by the front desk staff was unacceptable. I was spoken to with disrespect on multiple occasions by different employees, to the point where I began recording phone calls because I could not believe how poorly "patients" were being treated by a medical office. What made the situation even worse was being repeatedly threatened with dismissal as a patient for rescheduling appointments -- despite always giving more than 24 hours notice. No patient should feel intimidated or bullied for trying to communicate and reschedule appropriately. I will say that after speaking with the administrator, she handled the situation professionally and acknowledged that the way I was treated was not okay. I appreciate her taking the matter seriously. However, that does not erase the treatment I experienced from multiple staff members, including front desk employees, a nurse, and Dr. Dikeman herself. Due to my overall experience and concerns regarding my medical care, I am currently speaking with a lawyer to better understand my options regarding potential medical malpractice issues connected to this clinic. I am writing this review because no patient deserves to be treated with hostility, disrespect, or intimidation when seeking medical care. I truly hope corrective action is taken so other women do not have a similar experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care.

They make a good effort to keep all of my personal and insurance information up-to-date for easy claims filing. They are also very respectful and keep a strict compliance with HIPAA guidelines. I started going to them because they came highly recommended by friends. I'll continue to be a patient in their office and am happy to continue those recommendations.
