Reading the room, and having worked 10 years in a 6 MD office i was meant to be entertainment for what i was dealing with. I chose differently. The young PA rolled up to my face, no instrument in hand as her dictated notes stated and told me i had Rosacea. I thanked her for her time and when asked if i wanted a prescription, I declined, preferring to have my prescription through my primary care, the health care there I respected and wanting no further dealing with this Burleson office. I returned a week later for all my records...and saw that Nothing dictated actually took place. There was No DERMASCOPE USED, NO COUNSELING. My visit lasted 4 minutes at most. The attitude from the young Trio was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this practice. I notified my insurance and called the office manager. Silence will not bring improvements. This visit was not in keeping with the professionalism of Dr Jeanine Hoang.

I only had to wait once for an appointment that was toward the end of the day (I find this is true in most medical offices, as the end of the day includes any last minute issues and any back log that has occurred.) Honestly, Dr. Serralta and her staff are so great, I'd gladly wait each time but that has not been necessary. I'd rather spend a few extra minutes waiting in the office than a few extra days (or weeks) to be seen.

If it hadn't been for Palmercare, I would not have been diagnosed with my spine condition, which was clearly visible on the x-rays Dr. Witherspoon took. Then he developed a complete care plan. Long story short, I don't walk like an old lady anymore. My back pain has gone from about a 7 to zero most of the time. I have my mobility back. I'm not taking any medications, not even over the counter pain meds. I can go to the gym and the gun range. Palmercare gave me my life back. I am so grateful to the person who referred me and to Dr. Witherspoon.

From the beginning Dr. Berlin and his entire staff were professional, attentive and very personable (qualities you won't find much these days-Southlake office). My problem being BCC a rapid response was necessary. From first call to in the chair was three days. (also unusual these days). Dr. Berlin gave full explanations, looked at my biopsy site and immediately went to work. It took two slices and about two hours to remove the entire tumor. Overall an excellent experience for a distressing problem. If it were possible I would give him 10 stars. BTW, as a person of age, I've noticed that many physicians and their staff treat us as if "well you only have a few years left so you don't get the premium package". There was none of that nonsense from Dr. Berlin or his staff. He was First Class all the way.

Dr. Eldridge and his staff have been on time to all our appointments. Each time we go we have waited in the waiting room less than five minutes before they took us to the exam room. After the nurse took my husbands vitals, we waited less than five minutes before Dr. Eldridge came to the room. When I mentioned that they were quick he said that is one of his main focuses is getting patients in when they are promised to keep them happy. Dr. Eldridge is extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time discussing our medical issues and the anatomy behind the problems. He explained in detail his expectations for the treatment plan as well as dietary modifications which he himself holds important. He told us an example of what he does as far as exercise and diet which is refreshing to know that he practices what he is recommending. He never made us feel like he didn't have time for our appointment or that he was in a hurry. He remember all our names when we returned as well as certain things about our family that made us feel like we weren't just a number. There is a lab in the office and they will send you a copy of all your lab results in the mail. Dr. Eldridge also includes a letter that her writes explaining the lab work and what is recommendation is regarding changes in medication or if you need to call for a follow up based on results. The office staff is helpful and friendly which is a nice change from most places. We will continue to see Dr. Eldridge for many years to come! Glad we scheduled the appointment and waited!
