This is a nice little tailors located in Brislington. It's the only tailor I've ever used (once) and they were by far the best deal I could find.
Basically, when I was getting married I needed my trousers taking up, so I headed into the centre and was quoted around £15 for this simple alteration. I had a look at Yell.com and called this place who quoted half the price. The shop is a little ramshackle, but it's friendly, independent, cheap and they did a great job.
One thing: make sure you know where it is before you set out. It's tucked away in Brislington (though near St Phillips) and one end of the road it's on isn't accessible by car. read more
