I have visited Antoine de Macedo Horloger a few times now, in search of my third (and hopefully) last major watch purchase. While I have yet to make the leap, I have found their sales people absolutely friendly and patient. Because Antoine de Macedo sells mostly used watches, it is difficult to tell in advance what will come in. I really hope they are carrying the next watch that speaks to me. [Note to store: you can almost guarantee a purchase if you get your hands on a IWC Mark XII from the 90's, with box and papers.]
The first time I came to the store, my JLC Reverso had become de-magnetised, and was just a little off, probably losing up to 2 minutes a day. I brought it into the store, and their in-house repair people happily fixed it at no charge at all.
A note however to Parisien tourists: you do not get a VAT refund for used goods. read more
