It was my first time…read morevisiting a chiropractor and had no choice because of a terrible pinched nerve in my neck that was causing horrible pain and a headache. Dr. Roeckel took x-rays and asked me to come back later that day to discuss. I was so happy he had time to see me the same day because I really needed relief for my pain. When I came back, we discussed the x-rays and a course of treatment for the neck and upper spine issues he found. Then he adjusted me. My neck feels better, then headache is gone, but I can still feel a residual pain which he said will happen. He asked me to come back tomorrow morning (although they are normally closed on Fridays) so he can adjust me again before the weekend. I can tell Dr. Roeckel cares about his patients and he immediately put me at ease. I'm looking forward to working with him in the next month for my treatment.

My review is for the current doctor practicing at this location (Dr. Nilles). Funny enough, I went…read moreto Dr. Clark before seeing Dr. Nilles because I didn't feel better with him. So I go to this location (North location) because it's closer to my house. Recently I found out that I was charged double for my last treatment so I went there to ask about it. The first response I got from the person that charged my card (and I believe is handling their accounting side) was that the transaction wasn't exist in their system. Dr Nilles and his wife were away that week so they told me that they will ask them for this charge when they're back and that they will give me a call. The following week, I had to go to the location myself to get answers. I was treated poorly (because I wasn't there to get treatment). The same person made me wait for over 15 minutes just to admit that they did charged me double and that they have credit me back the $$ in my account. I wasn't happy with it because basically she lied to me at the beginning, and instead of trying to explain & apologizing for what happened, she made me wait that long with my kids and treated me differently while doing so. She wasn't even showing any respect to me or being apologetic about the whole situation. I was disappointed with Dr. Nilles for the way he handle my complaint as well, he thought just by crediting me back the $$, everything is good. And the worse of all, is that NOT a single apology came from either of them. I maybe just a customer that comes in once a month, but I believe I deserve to be treated the same way like any other customers. It's not about the $$ but it's about taking responsibility for the integrity of your employees and how you take care of customer outside of the treatment room. Will never coming back!
