I emailed Antis Media from their website to schedule an appointment. They responded very quickly to my request, I scheduled the day, time and location. They were at my desired location early and had all the equipment ready to go. I was extremely impressed with all the professional equipment they had and the knowledge about photography was very impressive! I worked with Thiel and the experience was horrible. They canceled my appointment last minute via email without calling me. When I asked them why they canceled my appointment without speaking to me Thiel lied and said she'd been calling me for days leaving me messages. No phone calls in my log or messages in my inbox. When I told her I thought the way she handled the situation was unprofessional she told me I was inexperienced... I'm ok with people making mistakes not with people that can't accepting responsibility for their poor decisions. Luckily there are many photographers out there. I'm actually not a realtor. My sisters and I are in the process of selling our parents' home. We are in a bit of a time crunch so things have been moving fast. We spent over $100K in renovations, but I wasn't happy with how they presented in the photos our realtor (who I otherwise love!) took for us because of the quick turnaround time between the contractors clearing out and listing.
