I worked with Thiel and the experience was horrible. They canceled my appointment last minute via email without calling me. When I asked them why they canceled my appointment without speaking to me Thiel lied and said she'd been calling me for days leaving me messages. No phone calls in my log or messages in my inbox. When I told her I thought the way she handled the situation was unprofessional she told me I was inexperienced... I'm ok with people making mistakes not with people that can't accepting responsibility for their poor decisions. Luckily there are many photographers out there.
