I had a few follow-up questions to confirm myself cushions and material and he did his research and got back to me, timely for all of them. Only collect 30% upfront the rest is due COD typically. Although I had a really good experience, I give four stars because of the long delivery time and because if I didn't know exactly what I wanted it would've been hard to shop this online store.
