The other items came back a day late, which was annoying, and they informed me that they "needed a bit more time to make the dress perfect." Turns out what they needed a bit more time to do was smear a gigantic beige stain all across the shoulder of my beautiful pristine white dress, and then not mention it when my husband picked it up, leaving me to discover it months later when I unwrapped the dress to move it. It is not subtle; it is a stain about six inches square that they created. I'm just sick about it. Please don't trust these people with anything you care about. How awful not only to destroy my dress, but not to admit they destroyed it and apologize profusely for it at the bare minimum.

The only issue I had was the length, as my shoes weren't chosen when my measurements and fitting was done and I think the designer felt it was better to be longer than too short. The dress was satin with a lace overlay. I was in a real panic! As soon as you putting wedding in front a of a service the price sky rockets. Then I remembered my trusty tailor at Perfect Fit. I rang ahead before taking my wedding dress and evening gown to them. They were phenomenal! Not only did they shorten where required, the train was tweaked and a bustle put in, they also made sure the lace trimming was just like it was originally. The evening gown was a simple hem. Words cannot express how much I trust Perfect Fit with my clothes. I would give an extra star for how lovely they are!

I stumbled across Kemble Jewellers and entered because there was a poster displaying a prize draw for a watch. After being greeted with a friendly smile, I wrote my name and email address on a business-sized card and put it in the basket. I did not have to buy anything. Imagine my delight, when the following Friday after a hard week of work I had an email telling me I'd won! I went in to Kembles to collect and the watch exceeded expectations - it's exquisite! A GUESS Denim men's watch worth about 140 Pounds. The friendly member of staff took my photograph for the facebook page. I put about 1 Pound in the charity tin. What a happy day. The watch is beautiful and what a useful prize.
