Stopped by at 3:30pm and greeted at the door with a big smile. Walked up 3 floors of a completely empty restaurant and escorted to the rooftop terrace where we were sadly left at the table for more than 20 minutes without any attention. Just about to leave, the waitress is heard running up the steps to apologize to us. Their Micheladas single handedly saved this Yelp review because they were perfect. I'm very picky on about my micheladas. Alitas were absolutely delicious and nachos were great for Mexican nachos. Had to ask for serviettes. Prices were reasonable, and food was enjoyable. Being from hipster Brooklyn, I am always looking for a great spot to grab a drink and to just sit back and absorb the atmosphere. I am so happy I found this place! I love Antik Café! My favorite spot to grab a drink in all of Mexico. The vibes are cool, a lot of cool, local art -- you have to go upstairs and check out the crazy wood dragon sculpture! Also they have great music, each time I've come there's been awesome live music, from rad local punk bands, to chill, soothing acoustic sets. Also the staff is top notch! So kind, very patient with my limited Spanish, we ended up having awesome conversations! Jonny (the owner) gave me a crash course in the proper way to truly experience and appreciate Mezcal. The food was okay. I got a house special that included pumpkin soup, swiss style enchiladas with beans and salad, an orange type drink and dessert. My wife order the same and we both agreed that the pumpkin soup was delicious. The tortilla in the swiss style enchiladas were a bit hard but the plate was filling. The green sauce was not spicy but the flavor was okay. It was goid for a one time visit. read more

Love these guys! Quirky layout that provides a variety of rooms and seating options. Interesting art painted directly on the walls and antique objects and art decorating each space Comfortable seating and generous high end coffee. But the pièce de résistance is the rooftop BBQ on Sundays with music. The BBQ includes a small buffet and an excellent selection of grilled meat, sausage, fruit, and veggies. Found this place on yelp and decided to stop by for breakfast Chilaquiles. Found it empty of customers but open. Ordered Chilaquiles verdes with chicken and beans with orange juice. Everything was great. The green sauce had the usual tomatillo bite and medium spicy. Also they have a table salsa with chiles in an olive oil. Reminds me of an Italian chili oil. Very interesting and good if a little messy from the oil. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. Highly recommended! read more

My absolute new favorite bar in town. They always have a 2 beers for 40 peso. They play a mix of great music here at a volume you can enjoy yet still talk to your friends. The terrace is by far the best I've seen- great view, lots of tables and not loud. The entire bar is upstairs, and includes a bar (and tv where they gave graciously agreed to play the Clinton/trump debate for me tonight despite the torture that is trump) and a series of small rooms - each with comfy chairs and tables, amazing art work, perfect for studying/working/enjoying a drink or meal alone or with friends... On Sunday's (haven't been yet but sounds awesome) they have bbqs on their roof terrace. They also just built a stage on the terrace where they will have live music (not sure when it starts or how frequently) but the plan is that the shows will start at 8 and end at 10..... Unlike most places I've noticed in town, the service here is friendly and attentive (but not intrusive or excessive) and the vibe here is really chill. read more

We picked this place because it had good reviews but I'm very disappointed with the following things: 1. Service was very bad! It took them over an hour just too cool an omelet and some chilaquiles. The place was almost empty so there's no way it should've taken that long. 2. Food was bad. 3. The host was actually smoking inside the place.
