Do a little trinket shopping and then head to the coolest little mezcal and craft beer bar on Teniente past the church and to the right. They have a rotating list of 15 excellent flavored house-made mezcals and a decent craft beer selection, along with the lower-priced Mexican standard beers. All are served with snacks and friendly banter in a cool old west atmosphere. If you want mezcal to go, they will bottle it up, cork it, and put it in a handmade decorated bag for you to take home. They were advertising a soccer game and one was on when I came up. There's like four bigger TVs on the walls .. asked staff for nfl game and she put on easily for me on big screen. Like most sports bars these days still have normal tunes going, which is fine game would be in Spanish anyway.
