The wall filled up with water for about 8 months when I noticed the wood floor was wet. When I called the restoration company they quickly determines the window was filled with water. I called them back out to seal the window and the water issue subsided. When I called them back to take responsibility for the faulty installation, they denied responsibility. I have since tried to make a claim against their liability insurance to no avail. No one even came by to inspect the damage and they denied it. Don't get caught with $1000s in damages from a company that doesn't know how to install windows properly the first time. I tried to resolve the issue with the company before posting this review, but they are reckless and negligent and in denial.

The owner, Scott, was friendly, competent, knowledgeable and worked hard to find a replacement bracket - for a shade that turns out is 16 years old. Called with my problem on Monday and they were here Tuesday, fixed in 90 minutes and extremely reasonable cost. I want you to know, customer service and kindness still exists on the Panhandle. His quote was very fair and I told him I was waiting for one more estimate. He detailed what window I needed and advised me to the correct window to ensure it matched. After getting an additional more expensive and less caring second opinion. I felt all the more comfortable going with Advantage Glasswork! I made the deposit over the phone and my window was installed within 2 weeks. They did a fantastic job. This company values feedback to remain fairly priced and competitive! Jerry answered the phone and said he could give me a call later that same day and give me a 30 minute heads up when he was in the area. I said that was great and about two hours later he called to let me know they were in the area (great customer service!). I arrived at the house and was greeted by Brian and Jerry. I showed them the cracked pane and they immediately set up measuring the window and coming up with the estimate. Brian and Jerry really worked great as a team and I felt very comfortable in knowing they have been providing professional glass services throughout Northwest Florida since 2001. Was also pleased there was no service charge for the estimate. :-) They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They said they could fix it and that it would take about a week to get the window pane ordered and installed. The price was about what I expected and said let's get the new pane ordered. I put 50% down and then the rest to be paid when they install the window pane. They accept cash, check or credit cards and give a 10% military discount. They also do sliding glass door repairs, insulated replacement window glass, mirrors, shower and tub doors and residential glass and table tops. They have built their company mostly through word-of-mouth referrals by going the extra mile to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. They have a Facebook page and have a company website where you can also request information or schedule an appointment. **This review is for the estimate visit and will review again once the installation is complete.

We recently remodeled the kitchen in our condo and we visited several vendors before choosing…read moreGranite Gallery as our supplier and installer. Good move-great choice. From the very outset, Eva Davis (and her assistant, James - as well as the rest of their crew) were unbelievably accommodating, making sure that we were perfectly satisfied with the choice of counter and when it would be installed. (The latter was a major key to the success our kitchen was having other items redone - on top of which our building was undergoing major renovations as well.) Due to unforeseen (construction) circumstances, the installation date had to be changed and Eva & company kindly and courteously moved it to meet our needs. Eva sent a very meticulous installer to our condo beforehand to measure and make a full-size wood-rib pattern to make sure the countertop could be cut to our specifications and fit into the smallish elevator! When the day of installation arrived, a very hard-working crew struggled a bit with the more than 800 pound countertop (two pieces), but managed to install it very efficiently. Their trim work was great...and the final outcome was as beautiful as we imagined. We could not be happier with the selection of granite, the care taken to meet our every need, and the courtesy extended each step of the way.
