I have a fairly stressful life, and Dr. Shindler suggested that I give it a go to help relieve stress. Well after my first session, I was driving home, hit a TON of traffic on I-275, and it didn't bother me in the least. It was the strangest feeling in the world - like someone took my mean friend away, and I didn't realize how mean that little guy was until he was gone. I have had reflexology in the past, and thought, "sure this is a nice foot massage", but that is not what reflexology is in the least when you're with Ruth. It's just amazing, amazing work. She's passionate, perceptive, kind, and so so much more. I really don't have enough good words to say about Ruth. Give her a try, and you'll try to hunt me down to thank me for making your life awesome. Dr. Shindler is also awesome. He's very easy to talk to, and is open to different ways of healing, including hypnosis. I did hypnosis once, and he will make a recording of the session for you to do at home. This also helped me reduce stress levels - but obviously you can use hypnotism to help with a lot of different issues. Overall, there aren't enough words to express how thankful I am that this office is here... we so quickly brush off things like stress, and other life stuffs, and how they play a role in our health. Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

The office staff is horrible! No one whatvis going on, messes up appointments and have been rude to me over the phone. Recently, my daughter had an appointment to see a nurse for a specialized medicine. She took time out of college and her mother time out of work to bring her. When they arrived, they were told the nurse (the only one trained for this specialized medication) was out and has been out for a few days. There wasn't any calls to inform my daughter. As a matter of fact, she received texts confirming her appointment! Meanwhile, her doctor has been upset that she hasn't started her medication yet! For myself, my doctor (PCP), referred me to Dr Warren for my own issues. Luckily I haven't scheduled an appointment yet but I did call my PCP and asked him to find another GI doctor or practice. I will NOT go-to this practice! If my daughter wasn't so invested there already, I would've had her change practices. I still may! Maybe these doctors have better staffs at their other locations but I'd stay clear of the Farmington Hills location!
