Robert needs to be FIRED! I have tried reaching out to the owners with no luck. The showers were pristine, and beds freshly made. Only half of my remote worked for the tv and the hair dryer was broken. The carpet was brand new which was nice. The girl at the front desk was very kind. To address the water pressure- it isn't the best in the world but there is definitely water pressure there. It isn't just a trickle of water- I thought it was adequate. I may stay here again in the future but would call ahead to confirm that the pool is working.

The company I work for makes the reservations, he told me that the person that made reservations had to be there in person since I was not the one that made it. Eventhough, we had written authorization. Manager came in and stated they did have the forms and would be better next time. By the way, second time with same staff that this happened.
