Small town RV Park with basic amenities and a great owner. Gary Aebi (pronounced Abby) is a very nice guy who takes pride in his park. No frills but it has everything you need, full hook ups, 30/50 amp, sewer and water, shower/restroom, and two coin op washer/dryers, and WiFi. The spaces are gravel and level, for the most part. Small grocery store, gas station, restaurants and Dollar General near by, which is impressive for such a small town.
There are train tracks nearby and the train comes through a intermittently this time of year. Not too bad, I've been places where they came through about every 2-3 hours, even at night. The people here are nice and we've had no issues. Very inexpensive space rent ($350 including utilities as I post this) but I don't know if it fluctuates for the seasons. A larger city, Enid, is about 40 minutes south and propane about 10 miles south in Pond Creek.
All in all, it has everything you need to be comfortable at a very reasonable price. Best part is having a good owner who is friendly and helpful. read more
