Unfortunately due to not being able to provide all of the documentation, we could never file. Wish we knew that before I gave them $7,500. At the end when I asked for a refund of a small amount of $600-700, they billed me that day for 3.7 hours... years later... so they didn't have to refund me. Well they suddenly booked 3.7 hours 2 YEARS later. For what? For sending me a bill. Liars and cheaters. Amy Crank bills like she's an attorney and she's a glorified secretary. Sad story over there.
