Brandon was our point of contact, and luckily my number was the primary on the account because he blew up my phone with text messages and calls nonstop to ask the most ridiculous questions. I told her I need to cancel and appt. I didn't give her my name or anything. She just said "your appt been canceled" and hung up". Super unprofessional! I called the office myself to speak with an office manager, and she refused to allow me to speak to that person and proceeded to ask for my name, but I'm positive she knew who I was, and her attitude was unprofessional, and she decided to place me on hold and get back on the call to tell me she needs my name or she will not get me to them, so I tell her my name, and now she wanted my date of birth, so I told her no! Then she placed me on hold again and came on and said because of the way I was speaking to her, she will not be transferring me. We will not be ever returning to this company at all. No, I was not nice at all to this woman kiyana. In absolute regret for even going there. Office experience was worth crap!
