Every person who works there went above and beyond to be friendly and nice as well. Breakfast is included and is a continental breakfast with fruit, bread and coffee but a small breakfast menu is available for a full breakfast at a reasonable price. I speak Spanish, but the people at the hotel were bilingual if that is a concern. If you are traveling to Quedo and want to be in the historic downtown close to museums the plaza and everything else going on this is a great choice!

On the positive side, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and provided us with some pretty good tourist suggestions and lesser-known informative bits. Additional notes: the place is at the base of the giant monolith of Bernal, which is this town's claim to fame. We were looking for a place that was close to the monolith in the hopes we'd be able to climb it early next morning. However, one may be better off staying at a downtown hotel, and taking the 5 minute drive when ready. Staying downtown will offer more food choices--especially early in the morning. For longer stays, staying this close to the monolith arguably allows a good view of it. But frankly I found the best views happened from a distance that allows you to appreciate the giant.

The shower was nice and big and they have a hair dryer . At checkout, it took less than 5 minutes to get the car and he helped load our bags. It was a great experience from start to finish.

This hotel is located in the rural part of Juriquilla, and the hometown crowd is not the friendliest (in some instances they were downright rude). Nothing within walking distance other than tacos for $25 pesos (by the way, riquísimos!), an Oxxo, Circle K, a tortilleria, chicharrónes stand, ladies selling esquite, etc). There is nightlife in the immediate area, and it does seem to be popular. There is a cool ice cream/coffee shop Villanova across the street where you can get a tasty cup of coffee each morning. The hotbreakfast buffet was $300 pesos/person, and the quality of the buffet was only so-so. I did not retur. The rooms are well appointed w/daily maid service (nice!) but there is no mini fridge in the room, so no way to keep your drinks cold. To get around to the shops, eateries, centro historico, etc., you will definitely need an Uber. Pricing is reasonable but expect a 20+ minute wait. I was here for a tournament. Would I stay again here? Probably not, but it was good for the tournament.
