Zhenya has been our CPA for several years, and the longevity of our relationship speaks volumes…read moreabout the quality of her work. As our businesses have grown and evolved, she has consistently stayed proactive, anticipated our changing needs, and provided the support and guidance necessary at every stage. She continually looks for appropriate tax-mitigation strategies while ensuring that our filings are accurate, compliant, and completed properly and on time. Zhenya is responsive, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping our businesses succeed. Before working with Zhenya, we often had to change CPAs every couple of years because they could not keep up with our growth or provide the level of support we needed. The fact that we have remained with Zhenya for so many years is the strongest endorsement we can give. We highly recommend her to any business owner looking for a knowledgeable, proactive, and trustworthy CPA.

I'd steer clear of this place if you want your taxes done in a timely fashion. My girlfriend…read moreutilized the services in order to get her taxes straightened out after Harvey, and other back tax issues, and it just turned into more of a nightmare. As it sits, today on August 9, she has not received a return for last year's taxes. Because apparently they were never submitted. While we are at it, according to the IRS's records, the ones from 2016 weren't submitted until June and the ones from 2017 weren't submitted May. When you pay for a service such as this, there is a certain expectation of quality and that has certainly not been met. On top of all of this, Pam is impossible to reach by phone; numerous calls have been sent straight to voicemail (which is full) and not returned. Texts are a better way to get a response, and at this point probably better so we have things in writing with dates and time stamps. Pam has offered nothing in the way of explanation, restitution, or apology. This place is shady, to say the least.
