I gave this place a one star strictly because of the staff. The two middle aged dudes with the bald…read moreheads were passively rude when correcting my child multiple times on our visit. Instead of explaining how to do something in a game there they would tell him how as if he should have already known all while returning to the front desk to play games on their personal phones. There are no rules posted but people (both kids and adults) kept getting into trouble for crossing red tape on the floor, and removing their own VR sets. They have enough random seating for 20 or more people but only have 6 game screens they darken the room but on a sunny day it doesn't matter because they have a window front store that makes it blinding because the rest or the establishment is dark with small neon lights. Was also not happy with the "that's what she said jokes" around a group of 11-12 yr olds.

A week before my event I reached out to find out if I was able to get a time frame for the delivery for my event because I knew it would be a bad day. Here is what I said to her and her response.... Me: Good morning! I hope that all is well. I have a couple questions. Do you rent pipes and draping? And how can I add 2 of the spandex table clothes for the cocktail tables to the order. And my location has changed to my home in Glen Burnie. How early on Wednesday am I able to have things delivered? Her: Good morning 1st please don't ask me how early on Wednesday will I be there on a Monday and your event is in the following wk you make me think I messed up We'll confirm the delivery time the day before and I need the address and event time As of that wasn't rude enough, when she dropped off the items that I rented for my event which was at 7:30 pm. She asked what time would my event be over. I advised her that it would be over at 11:40-12 but that I would however have everything broke down and ready for her to pick up the following morning. However she insisted coming to my house after midnight on a Wednesday night to pick up the items. I personally would not use her again based off my experience. **UPDATE** Her response is that it's her policy to pick up same day however as a customer I would have liked to have known that when i booked the service. FURTHERMORE, a review on Facebook stated that she picked up days later with no hassle so someone isn't being honest.

Playing a quick round of virtual golf with my friends. (2 players able to get 18 in an hour with a pretty generous putting gimme) virtual driving range, and cant say enough about Nick's private lessons. Nick is a great teacher, fun, and personable. Also pro tip look out for Above Par's no pressure free fitting days ... definitely helped me narrow down the father's day wish list. Ryan is great and ready to assist when the wife gives me the green light.

There are simulators (large screens, projectors, and sensors) that allow you to play and practice golf along with other sports. He showed me that you can play games that include kicking football field goals, soccer, shooting, and archery. I plan to come back with friends and play. You can bring your own drinks and food or buy from their snack area in the lobby. Great service here too!
