What irritates me is that, prior or purchasing blinds, the 3 Day Blinds representative said, "Those measurements I measured will work. I measured for inside mount." i Took his work and ordered. He later came back and said, "Just my measurements will be off occasionally by like a quarter inch here or there but that's why I have all my orders remeasured by a tech." he also said, "Those would work for PRICING only." She gave a good price and was extremely flexible with her schedule because we were unsure of the exact date our window replacement would be complete. During installation, both her and her installer were friendly, professional, and efficient. They made sure to keep my areas clean and removed all of the old blinds and cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight mistake from the factory, but Tenesia was quick to get it fixed, communicated well with me and worked around our crazy schedule to correct the situation so we had our blinds in, as beautiful as we dreamed they would be. We are extremely happy with the way they came out. We love the color and the pattern of them, we love that they open in the middle instead of by the side, and that they have no string attached at the side that my cat can get tangled in (like my old ones did).
