This wonderful place is temporarily closed and I no longer reside in the area, but I *loved* Annutto's. I was obsessed with their amazing plant selections and created five gardens on my former property with plants, soils, and other items I bought there. The staff was always very hard working, very helpful, and their produce stand was great. If you like Adam's Fairacre Farms in the Ulster/Dutchess/Orange area, you'll love this place. They have plenty of fresh produce, spices, candy, spices, sauces, cakes/baked goods, cheeses, plants, and all kinds of specialty foods. We stopped in while on vacation and so didn't need much, but it was a really nice stop and it smelled amazing inside. read more

This place is super cool because they have a few products that I think are really hard to find elsewhere. For example, their jam selection is enormous and they have tons of flavors that are no sugar added (however there is still sugar in them so make sure you check the label if you're a diabetic or watching sugar intake) They have a ton of seasoning and soup mixes that have no salt added, amazing. I love making dips and soups and usually make them all from scratch because I am able to adjust the seasoning and spices to my liking, which usually contains little to no salt. It's nice to finally see healthier mixes in the store. They had enchilada soup mix, tortilla soup mix, chili mix, avocado dip mix, I mean they really had everything and then some. Although the spices were a tad bit pricey, it was nice to have a ready made bag of mix that just needed to be added to a soup or dip base and voila. They had so much candy, candy I haven't seen since I was a little kid, they had it. Nuts, chocolates, crackers, cookies, muffins, banana bread, pies. They had almond butter and no salt added peanut butter. I thought the almond butter was a bit pricey, $12, but then again I've seen almond butter in stores for $25 so I of course bought it. They also head honey roasted peanut butter. They have pancake and waffle mix too. Behind the counter there is some seriously fancy cheese, pricey and under a glass cake display lid thing, not being refrigerated, which is questionable I think. Outside they had pumpkins, corn displays, amazing barrels that I really wanted to buy for a coffee table or end table but they were super expensive, they make a good drum though, I'm telling you next time you're here give them a tap. Don't miss this market if you're in the Oneonta area, it's worth the stop. read more

I love that this place grows their own fruits and veggies, have great prices on plants when the season comes and then moves into the Holiday with Christmas trees. They also have really good apple cider donuts and fresh bakeries. I buy my fresh local eggs from them regularly, and really enjoy their bulk product. The folks who work there are always nice and helpful. Its just too bad they close during the winter. read more

I felt very unwelcomed just to start. The fruits & veggies were nothing spectacular. Hannaford would've been a better bet. Oh, they got cheese under a cake glass &it was hot out. Seriously? Once I grabbed a few items brought then to the counter, the old woman doesn't smile, doesn't ask if we found everything we were looking for. Just no hospitality. None what so ever. If I wanted an attitude like that I would've stayed in NYC. If your looking for a friendly farm stand that practices hygiene, like putting them home made pie's &especially the cheeses in the fridge & getting some friendly country hospitality, this isn't the place. Your better off going to the grocery store. This place was bootleg. 2 stars cuss at least the apples were juicy & melon was sweet. read more
