Water comes up thru drains on my property from the lagoon and floods the lower level of my home causing a mess. It does it in high tide not just when there is a storm. I know it is in a flood zone but I thought it only flooded when there is a storm. I never would of bought this house if I knew. My neighbors knew. I am in a bad place with this home. My agent should of been honest and not just thought of her commission. Be careful when buying from them.
