I bought a house from this company 2 1/2 years ago. I was not told by my agent Stacey Stazone about the flooding issues with the house. Water comes up thru drains on my property from the lagoon and floods the lower level of my home causing a mess. It does it in high tide not just when there is a storm. I know it is in a flood zone but I thought it only flooded when there is a storm. I never would of bought this house if I knew. My neighbors knew. I am in a bad place with this home. My agent should of been honest and not just thought of her commission. Be careful when buying from them. read more

I have read all of the reviews listed on Yelp and unfortunately, I have to agree, the agents at the Toms River Office have absolutely no clue how to conduct business - I listed my home over 5 months ago because the agent told me we should list it for $290,000 of course I was very happy with the price. I should have known that this was just a tactic to get my business, I have been reducing the price ever since and now its down to $249,000. Communication skills are non existent. The current situation is that our agent quit and has recommended another agent to finish out our contract - Does she really think that I am going to work with someone she recommended ? read more

I wish there was a button for NO STARS! Worst company ever & made our first home buying experience awful. We unfortunately used Rosanna Stevens. Two-faced!!! Nice to your face until papers are signed and then decides to pick a fight with 1 of MY family members!!!! She played both sides as the realtor of the people we bought the house from & our realtor also! She even just dropped off the house keys to our attorneys office while we were in the middle of closing & left!! So unprofessional! I tell everyone I know NOT to use Weichert in Toms River because of her. And the best part about it was the company sent us a survey form to fill out about our experience! Never again! Not even an apology letter or phone call which we said we wanted from someone higher up! NIGHTMARE!!!! read more

Nothing but a nightmare. My boyfriend and I listed our home with 'Team Donovan' through word of mouth that they were FABULOUS realtors. From the start they were typical sales people, pushy, cocky and arrogant. They came to our home to present their marketing 'plan of attack.' Then kept asking that day so are you going to list it with it, pressuring us. Even tough we had a sour taste in our mouths we listed with them. To make a long story short Colleen Donovan had a conundrum because their sign had been taken down to mow the lawn, showing up to the house without notice ringing the doorbell and leaving ill mannered voicemails and text messages. We were then scheduled to have an open house at 1pm on a Sunday, 'Team Donovan' shows up at 11am, again without notice, ringing the door bell. The signs were set up for the open house only to be taken down 5 minutes later. They left, called, left another voice mail telling us we don't want to sell the house and they aren't wasting another Sunday, mind you they have never done an open house at our home. Texts were also sent a few days prior saying they think we were going to pull the listing. We weren't pulling the listing, the pulled the listing and caused a scene. I am disgusted with Weichert Realtors and 'Team Donovan.' We received no apology from either Weichert or the listing realtors. If you're looking to sell your house with unprofessional and inexperienced realtors this is your team! If anyone knows of a reliable and trusted realtor looking to make a quick pay check we're open to suggestions! read more

Usually I don't leave reviews if I haven't completely done business with a company but the rudeness I just received is disgusting. So I just called one of their agents Michael B. in regards to a home I seen online. The home was listed for sale but I wanted to reach out and see if the owners had any interest in renting as the property has been posted for over 90 days and per the history it has had multiple pending sales that did not go through. Instead of the agent just saying "at this time the owners wish to only sell". He goes on to say "it was a flip, they are not selling. Listen here, people who want to sell, sell and people who want to rent, rent. Instead of you wasting your time making these phone calls I suggest you find a rental site and look up rentals". I did not change a thing. That is exactly what he said. Rude and disgusting. But I love when people show their true colors in the beginning. Now I know to never do business with them. So thank you in advance Michael. Update: So I called the main office because I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. A male by the name of Brian answered and I asked him if I could be transferred over to the supervisor or manager for Michael B. He said no problem and placed me on hold. Guess who Brian puts on the phone... Michael B. That's all the clarity I need that the whole company is unprofessional. If I ask for management why would you put the person who I have an issue with on the phone? Once again thanks for showing those true colors in advance. read more

This place is a joke. Sherry was rude and a poor communicator. Not to mention, her description of the house she was selling had false information in it and her comps were not even comparable homes nor within a close proximity. She was so bitter because she completely over valued a home and because of that it was left on the market dropping for months when it could have been sold very quickly. I called the office manager to discuss my terrible experience and of course, no call back. I will never use Weichert to buy property. read more

I wish I read this about these realtors before looking at a home to rent they had listed (which the realtor Rosanna Stevens also stated was her fathers property). I went to look at the house twice, brought my daughter with me the second time, Rosanna Stevens told me I definitely had the house and she had no one else and was not going to show the house again and she would be in touch with the Lease. After informing the people who bought my house I would be leaving March 1st (yes definitely my mistake, but she seemed very trustworthy and gave me no reason to think this would happen) I got an email from her that she had signed a Lease with someone else, because all of sudden the landlords attorney was not ok with my dogs for insurance reasons. I work for attorneys and know as long as I had insurance and covered them and showed proof it would be ok, which I told her on my first visit I would be getting renters insurance. If she had contacted me earlier, before signing someone else I would of had much more respect for her. Extremely unprofessional. And as stated in another review, she was so nice to my face and my daughter. I probably wouldn't be as upset if this was just said to me, but to tell a child she would love the house and it was hers too is totally disgusting. read more
