Coach Annie has been my trainer since February/March 2019, and we've been consistently training since then! She is the full package when it comes to coaching: knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and encouraging.
When we started, she determined my fitness level through basic exercises, and customized my routine based on my goals and my capacity. I wanted to gain more muscle and get stronger, and I have to say that with her invaluable coaching, that I see and feel the results! Before, bodyweight exercises were such a struggle. But with her guidance, I am now able to do strength training with weights, bands, etc. She also shares her knowledge and answers all your questions about fitness. I also appreciate how she varies the workout to make it interesting and challenging.
Coach Annie is also an amazing cheerleader and motivator. She encourages you to do your best and try harder every single time. Sometimes, she believes in me more than I believe in myself (especially when she gives me heavier weights haha). I think this is such an important trait for a coach because it really ensures that there is progress in your training.
I've worked with other coaches before, and I never stayed long with them because it never clicked. But with Coach Annie, it was so easy to build rapport because of her personality and her sincerity.
