The Canada Post is located at the back of this Hasty Market. The convenience store portion had an aisle for Covid related stuff like sanitizer and masks. They also had seasonal summer stuff like sunscreen and fireworks. There also seemed to be a bunch of random stuff like country flags, hats and jerseys.

Thankfully I live across the street from it and can rely on it pretty well. The only reason I give it 4/5 is because of the hours. They close at 10 or just after on weekdays, that's too early! And Really early on Sundays -- but they are open on holidays. The family who runs it are very nice, and recognize their regulars. It's a great place.

Yesterday, I was looking for a Circle K store after running an errand near the Oakville-Mississauga…read moreborder. I did a search and found this one close to Erin Mills Shopping Centre. This Circle K is attached to an Esso gas station. Along with the Tim Hortons drive-thru and the car wash, everything takes up a lot of real estate. They are all spread out more than most with this setup. It's a busy business. There was a huge lineup at the Timmy's drive-thru that's a part of this Circle K. I squeaked by and pulled into a parking spot steps away from the door. Most gas pumps were occupied. The car wash was equally as busy. This Circle K-Esso combo is popular for at least two reasons. It's close to the mall. It's also close to highway 401, which was what I took eastbound to make another stop and ultimately head home. I had digital coupons to redeem. I headed inside and had no problem finding bottled water and peanuts. There was a mom-son duo ahead of me. The son seemed extremely indecisive as to what drinks he wanted to get. I saw him go back and forth four times before he settled on a single drink. I didn't mind the wait. Normally, I am taking a while to redeem my coupons. I felt good knowing that he took longer. It was finally my turn. The man at the counter was fine. Not friendly. Not mean. He seemed indifferent. I scanned all coupons. I then scanned my PC Optimum barcode off my phone, and then paid for my peanuts with my debit card. Done! I thanked the man. I got no response. I left the store. I feel like everyone keeps to themselves in this neighbourhood. I parked next to a car whose driver was asleep the entire time that I was here. Poor guy. He was out cold, likely colder than my bottled drinks. I'd drop by again. It had everything that I needed, with a bonus sleepyhead. (41)

I did a quick search and found this one on the southeast corner of Burnamthorpe Road West and Mavis Road. It's conveniently by highway 403. I drove over here. This Circle K is a part of an Esso. I pulled in and found a parking spot by the ice. I then walked into the store. It's spacious. I needed chips, peanuts, and water. I found all of them quickly and easily. There are Froster and Polar Pop machines at the back of the store. There's also a Tim Hortons on the left when you first walk in. There's a TImmy's drive-thru if you don't feel like getting out of your vehicle when the weather isn't stellar. I had a nice person at the counter scan my coupons. All went well. I thanked him and left with my goodies. I rarely fill up at Esso, but it was steady business at the pumps. Many folks go inside this store to pay. I had a good experience at this store. I'd return when I'm in the neighbourhood again. (22)

There are 10 fuel fill up stations with 4 fuel grade choices plus 2 diesels fill up stations at the pump nearest to Mavis Road. Pumps are quickly activated. It's a very busy location with lots of customers venturing in and out throughout the day so keep alert. There a Tim Hortons outlet onsite with a drive-thru service. I came here to pay for my fuel inside. The counter employee was courteous and efficient. A car wash, snacks, drinks, an ATM machine, a lotto station, and a restroom are found at this location.

This is a nice little shop, which seems to be owned by a nice couple and they are always friendly and welcoming. Since there is no 7-11 nearby, I often come here to buy lotto tickets, snacks and the occasional Monster energy drink to stay awake. There isn't really another close convenience store until you reach Yorkville and even that one closes a bit early sometimes. I'm glad this place is around to compensate for the lack of small convenience stores nearby this area. Where else can you get a redbull and bag of ketchup chips at 8am in the morning on bloor/church? I'll be coming back!

It is very clean and slick and located right next to La Prep in the Unilever building on Church and Bloor. Prices are normal convenience store prices, but it's very convenient for me :-). The best pro is that it is clean and has a nice selection of drinks. Con is that it has no coffee - but you can get it from La Prep next door.
