Sara has been coloring and cutting my wife's hair for about a year now. My wife recently had an appointment but couldn't make it so I took the appointment. It had been about 4 months since my last haircut. Which, in the world of people who pay attention to their hair, is a long long time. The only time I pay any attention to my hair is when I am crying watching it go down the drain. I have never received so many compliments after a haircut. People said I looked 10-15 years younger. Always a good thing, as I push closer and closer to ___! The staff is very nice, the music is groovy, the seating in the waiting are looks nice, but isn't that comfortable. There is usually some video or movie playing. Free coffee or bubbly water. Not cheap, but worth it.

I usually go to Xin and I love her :D She listened to how I like to wear and treat my hair, how I usually style it and gave me the haircut I wanted while also keeping in mind my routine as well as the way my hair behaves. I am super happy with that personal approach which makes for an amazing hairstyle in the end. I've had hair stylist style my hair very differently when cutting (like straightening it etc.) and once I washed and styled it my way it would look terrible. Super happy this does not happen here. All people in the Salon are very nice and pretty down to earth which is really nice as well.

I got out one hour later with my hair right ABOVE my shoulder and straightened (because she said she needed to do so to cut them well)!!!!!!!!! that was clearly NOT what I asked for... the girl felt so bas that she gave me a discount but that did not give me my long hair back. I will never ever go back there and highly recommend you to get yourself another hairdresser.

I got assigned a man working in the corner, he was middle aged and had short dark hair. Right off the bat he seemed out of it and kept running into things, talking wildly to those around him, and dropping the tools he was using. I also noticed a woman at the counter staring down at him disapprovingly the entire time he rummaged about. I just said I wanted a fade on my sides but what he began to do was so reckless and unconcerned that two minutes in I knew I was in a seriously bad situation. Ultimately he spends 7 minutes wrecking my hair and giving me a stupid and embarrassing blotchy fade. Then he immediately says he's finished and asks for 30€ Absolutely the most unprofessional and reckless service I've ever encountered. I've included two photos of my 30€ haircut.
