She works out of her house in Beverly Hills. We used her for our wedding invitations. She is very expensive and tries to nickel and dime you on everything. She charged us $20 just to look at the prints in an email. The service is horrible. After sending her a list of names for cards, she confirmed she received it then forgot our cards. I called back three weeks later and she said I never got the confirmation, after replying back to my email. After receiving the cards, we were missing some names, and other names were duplicate. She was then supposed to print our menus and place cards. I asked for a few more place cards to be printed and she tried to charge me a crazy amount per card. After picking up the cards, they were very low quality, which she printed at home. At the end she tried to argue with me over a few dollars. This lady (Samira) is very cheap and unbelievable. Probably the worst person to deal with. Stay away!

When I saw the work, I was shocked by how sloppy, rushed, and low quality it looked. This was not professional work and not something any business should hand to a customer. I explained that I was unhappy with the quality and asked for my money back because I could not use this canvas for my client. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they refused and kept saying, "This is how we do it," and that they already spent time, labor, and materials on it. They acted like there was nothing wrong with the work at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and disrespect. Instead of helping or apologizing, I was told to leave the store. I also took photos of the canvas so people can judge the quality for themselves. I would not recommend this place if you expect professionalism, quality workmanship, or respectful customer service.

I ventured into the "Come (On) In" area and discovered some complimentary artist guides, incredible artwork and extra items I was seeking for a sketching event I hosted over the weekend. Love coming in on Saturdays, though it's been several months since I was last in, hoping to change that, check out more of their events, including some great some shows this holiday season like their Medley. I don't have much to submit by their deadline, but highly recommend you do if you're an artist, aspiring artist or creative. They definitely are neighborhood feel with some cool regulars.
