Now they ask me to pay extra to finish the job. Also hair color change on regrowth, becoming blond and untreatable with laser. But despite published scientific reports of this being a complication of the treatment, the dismiss it, repeatedly blaming " my hormones ". Not specifying which hormone they are talking about. Plus I'm not on hormonotherapy. Addressing the pain: during the treatment, if you wince, one of the technicians actually tells you " well that's what you paid for " (tu as payé pour ça). Modesty: towels to cover you might be ok for hyper skinny girls. But they have nothing for plus-size people. You end up scrambling around in a towelette that doesn't cover you fully and comes undone at the most awkward moments. Communication: all phone calls go through a central call center. Then it rings in Sherbrooke but nobody picks up. So you always have to leave a message and they call you 3 days later. So canceling or rebooking an appointment is a hassle. Getting the discounts on the last days is also impossible, because they call you back the week after when the discount is over. All in all: I don't recommend

J'avais spécifiquement demandé d'enlever un bon 2 pouces. Si vous n'avez pas le temps de faire votre travail comme il faut, ne donnez pas de rendez-vous. J'ai perdu 50$ pour me faire juste couper les pointes et je dois payer encore pour avoir ce que je veux.
