STAY CLEAR! The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life. I had to select a star to give a review but honestly this company doesn't even deserve 1 star!
Pre-ordered a dress on June 9th and paid for express shipping which is meant to take 2-3 days. Total cost was £212, not cheap. Dress was advertised to be back in stock by 25th June latest. Along comes July 1st no sign of dress. Emailed and waited a few days, no answer. Emailed again, and again, and eventually got a vague answer saying it's probably stuck in shipping. Asked for tracking number - none provided. Started to think this was a scam company. After many many many many emails back and forth with absolutely horrendous customer service each time it is now nearly 3 months later (2nd Sept) and I am battling for a refund of a dress that never arrived... Yesterday they finally sent a partial refund.. not anywhere near the amount they owe me so I have to continue this horrendous battle with them to fight for my own rights. Due to the horrendous experience I will be doing everything possible to hopefully save other people from the same experience. Honestly save yourself the hassle and DO NOT SHOP HERE read more
