Tours are 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of the tour and questions that we may have. Tours are also in many different languages. A fun interactive tour, see pictures. Not busy today, so it was almost a private tour. Good to learn about the history, the making of their perfumes, etc. Ambiance - Several factories, not sure if the one we visited was their main one...? This one is of good size. We also visited a few of their retail locations; see other reviews. Easy access. Parking, tour buses, etc. Clean free toilets. Open daily. Service - 5 stars, from the tour team to all the sales people. Workshops available; see their website. Price - Tourist prices, but they still made good gifts. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1926 and still keeping it in the company in the family...? Do you have 6+ locations?

Ana provided outstanding customer service! Thanks Ana!!…read more Located right at the base of Ezé village lies Fragonard, one of the utmost respected parfumeries in the region. Loads of choices -perfumes, eau de toilettes, soaps, lotions, and more! We purchased a perfume, and a couple of eau de toilettes, all of which were wonderful, and reasonably priced. I really like how they sell large "bulk" versions of some of their Eau de toilets. I ended up picking up a reasonably priced bulk bottle for about ~80 Euro, and then purchased a small spray bottle for about 10 Euro. If you do buy their spray bottle, just know that the inner bottle opening is small, so you may need to use a funnel to fill it without spilling. We loved Fragonard so much, we ended up shopping at the Nice Airport store as well. Prices at the airport were the same as in-store, which is great. Thanks again to Ana for answering all of our questions and providing excellent service. Also, thank you for the samples!!! If you're coming to Ezé, be sure to stop by. Bolt here from Nice and you'll be here in a jiffy. Enjoy the smell goods...

The fragrances are produced at their Villefranche-sur-Mer shop, which is about 6 kilometers east of Nice. The shop has an assortment of eau de parfum and eau de toilette fragrances. They also sell home products and Marseille soap, which is another souvenir I recommend buying when visiting this region. My shopping experience here was no pressure and low key. Sprayed an assortment of tester bottles to see which fragrance I preferred. The fragrances are arranged by fragrance type as masculine and feminine scents are grouped together for your convenience. Decided on the Instinct EDT, which was reasonably priced and the citrus type smell that I was looking for. The only thing is that EDT fragrances do not last very long. If you want this, make sure to buy the EDP version. If you are looking for a nice bottle of perfume in Nice, this is a shop that I would recommend.

It is co-located with a Monop Daily so you can find snacks and sandwiches here. Surprisingly, the sandwiches were not as expensive as I would have expected. Actually quite reasonably priced for an airport location. Magazine selection is pretty good as it has a mix of French and international publications. The selection of local French products is good, but expensive. You can find it cheaper elsewhere, but in case you missed your chance you can try your luck here.

Employees here are very professional when saying NO... Actually, it took me a day or two to realize that they said NO to us?!?! They said it so nicely, so professionally, etc. And Hermes corporate customer service NEVER contacted us, surprised and disappointed. Ambiance - Smaller location. After this experience, I can NOT recommend shopping here. Hermes in the other 3 cities we shopped at were much better, even more professional and found a way to say YES!! Service - 2 stars for the interaction. 1 star for the results. Sadly after this experience, I do NOT want my wife (or daughter) to continue to be a customer. Even though the other 3 cities' experiences were more positive. Price - Expensive, especially for poor service/results. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

Scarf selection was also small compared to other stores & they made a point to comment on how this is how it was in Nice. Another boutique next door had made the same comment so I guess this is well-known among frequent shoppers As we were just visiting & hoping to score the item I'd seen, I couldn't stay disappointed long as there was a lovely red scarf calling my name, asking to come home with me & who am I to ignore such pleas? Pleasant staff & great service.

My wife spent so much time here, that I decided to just go next door to Le Magenta for happy hour. Service - Full service, good. Price - Inexpensive, well it got very expensive with all that my wife bought, lol. So individually inexpensive, and it added up quickly. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. Your business model must prevent theft, but I did notice some impatient people leaving. And many people not knowing that they had to grab # for service.
