If all the halls are busy, sometimes you get put in a change room that's actually next to where the public enters and exits the hall. It's not very private and also not super safe for your valuables. That being said, I've only played here and never actually attended a concert, which I'm sure is a very different experience.

The only negative thing I remember is that I ran out of tokens, I was thirsty and asked for tap water, but the barman refused, pretty sure that isn't even legal, this is a public health concern. They provided a bath bomb for the bath too! Spacious room and huge bathroom. It was clean and when we walked in, there were robes and slippers and mints on the bed to welcome us. WiFi wasn't the best (but the bathtub was more important to us ). Close to everything and a short distance from the train station.

It's done just the way it's supposed to be done, like in Italy, served with the coffee foam on top, sweetened or unsweetened. Good amount of seating, usually not too busy. Great for a quiet and relaxed bite and coffee. In a residential area, too, so not much going on. It's right around the corner from my gym, so every time I bike by post-workout, I treat myself to a sweet and coffee. Worth every calorie.
