We recently totally renovated and updated our Kitchen and Bar with Allied Kitchen and Bath. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. We felt very confident every step of the way, and were thrilled with the constant communication from both Bob the Project Manager and Bill Feinberg, the owner and updates throughout the whole project from conception to completion. Allied Kitchen and Bath is an award winning company, and we are thrilled to share how they have earned that and have remained number one in our area for all these years.

They take your money and disappear. One guy wouldn't put anything in writing. He didn't even have a business card. Another "company" gave me a low quote but didn't want to get building permits. He asked me to be vague about the project with my condo management. All red flags. A neighbor suggested Allied. They did great work for him and kept the mess to a minimum by protecting his carpet and hardwood floors. I met with Lewis, a designer at Allied and we discussed options for my bathroom. I had a strict budget and I found Lewis willing to work within it. He came up with great ideas. Allied does things the right way. Designer drawings are done. An architect creates blueprints that breeze through the city permitting process. In a few weeks the project began. Trevor did a wonderful job installing a Schluter Shower System, a product that guarantees no leaks for life! Mark and Angelo were fantastic at setting the fixtures and rough carpentry and keeping dust to a minimum. Adam was my project manager who was available by cell if I had ANY concerns. Chris and Liz were awesome at helping me select tiles and finishes. Everybody was helpful and professional!! I never enjoyed a construction project so much. I found Allied to be top notch. Professional. Helpful. They wanted to be a five star company for me.

I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences I have…read moreever had with a contractor. Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and do not do business with this company.

Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy. Unfortunately, my interaction with Ms. Ramos left me feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with my experience at Floor & Decor. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation appropriately. The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it.
