Getting to know and promise your life to someone that can finish your sentences, randomly knows what you want to eat, shares passions and challenges with you, offers you a shoulder to cry or a darling hug is a blessing. We're blessed but such joy is not easy to capture in photographs. Flipping the pages of our wedding album, we are amazed with how Kristi was able to translate our feelings and hopes into the beautiful images she took on our special day. As a professional photographer I can say working with Kristi was a truly lovely experience. She is definitely doing was she was born to do, and she (and her husband Joe) are aces at this profession. And with that I mean they know their job very well, always adding the best bonuses: being warm and fun, too! I loved her pictures and how she made ordinary things, places, events, look artistic and seemed to really capture their essence. I do not profess to be an artist, but I have a very good eye and taste. I knew our two little girls would love her. it is always hard to get our girls to warm up to a photographer in such a short time. We know this because we have tried places like Yuen Lui, The Picture People and other very good photographers, but I knew my girls would love Amanda. Sure enough they were all over her and were practically performing for her as she spent time with them throughout our home taking tons of pictures of them in their natural setting and daily life. We were very pleased with the final product - we got a beautiful picture book, a DVD with all of the pictures she took and in a year or two we will have to have Amanda back again for another session with the girls.
