Not only did Charlie go above and beyond (he packed up his entire studio and drove 45 minutes to my location at the last minute because of an error that I made in my scheduling for the day), but he was incredibly kind and professional, which put me at ease. I was not looking forward to having my picture taken because of how self conscious I feel, but Charlie was great, and I actually really like the way the photos turned out. During the photo shoot, he was diligent about making sure everything looked good (like a stray piece of hair, or a wrinkle in my shirt). And he also did some small but important touch ups during editing (like whitening my teeth a little and smoothing some of my eye wrinkles- my husband has noticeably uneven eyes when he smiles, and Charlie was able to make them look more symmetrical- just small things that make a big difference).
