We cannot say enough wonderful things about Stratford School in Morgan Hill! Our eldest son has…read morebeen part of the Stratford family since second grade, and as he prepares to graduate this year, we can truly say that choosing Stratford was one of the best decisions we made for our family. Our youngest is now in first grade, after having an amazing kindergarten experience at Stratford as well. Over the years, we have been incredibly impressed not only by the quality of education, but also by the dedication, care, and support the teachers and staff provide to their students. Our children have grown academically, socially, and personally in such a positive and nurturing environment. A special thank you to Mrs. Violet and Andrea, who have been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly supportive, caring, and genuinely wonderful people. Their kindness, dedication, and willingness to always be there for our family have made such a difference. We are truly grateful for everything they do and for the positive impact they have had on our children and our family. What makes Stratford especially special to us is that it feels like more than just a school it feels like a family. The community is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in the success and well-being of each child. As parents, we have always felt heard, supported, and confident knowing our children are in such wonderful hands. Watching our eldest grow from a second grader into the young man he is today has been incredibly special, and we are so grateful to Stratford for being such an important part of his journey. We are equally grateful that our youngest gets to continue that journey with the Stratford family. We wholeheartedly recommend Stratford School Morgan Hill to any family considering a school for their children. The education, teachers, staff, community, and overall experience have been exceptional. We are truly grateful to be part of the Stratford family!

I highly recommend Stratford School in Morgan Hill! My daughter attended 5th grade here and has…read morerecently graduated, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The curriculum design is outstanding. The school places a strong emphasis on core academics and genuine teaching. As a parent, it was incredibly reassuring to see a school dedicated strictly to academic excellence and traditional core values, without being distracted by the non-academic social and gender topics that are increasingly prevalent in public schools today. It gave me great peace of mind. I also have to mention how beautiful the campus itself is. The building features gorgeous high ceilings and real wood floors. Unlike so many modern schools that can feel sterile and lifeless--almost like a hospital or an office building--Stratford has a warm, welcoming, and truly premium environment. It genuinely feels like a luxury, top-tier private school. My daughter needed some extra support in math, and her 5th-grade teacher, Ms. Hannah, was a blessing. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help my daughter step-by-step, not just in math but across all subjects. Because of this, my daughter felt comfortable, confident, and loved learning in her class. She also made great friends and got along wonderfully with her classmates. The administration and staff are phenomenal. When we had to make a very last-minute transition to Stratford in 2025 after the school year had already started, Ms. Andrea from the admin team quickly and efficiently handled our enrollment, making a stressful situation so much easier. We also had wonderful experiences with other amazing teachers, like Ms. Ashley and Ms. Patricia. A special shoutout to Stratford's unique Music Class! The music program is fantastic, and the music teacher is exceptional. Our whole family, especially my husband and my mother-in-law absolutely loved the winter and spring programs the school put together. I firmly believe music education is vital at any age, and as a parent, I am so grateful that Stratford is willing to invest so much in the arts. I also want to highlight the school's special after-school Chinese club. My daughter and her classmates had so much fun learning there! It is a wonderful and unique program that you simply won't find at any other school in Morgan Hill. Finally, I want to specifically commend the principal, Ms. Violet. Her management style and the way she leads the school gave me so much confidence. I felt completely secure having my child here. My only regret is that we didn't move her to this school sooner! I highly, highly recommend Stratford Morgan Hill!

The lady in the front doing attendance is always at lunch or on a break and when she is here she gives you attitude. If your son or daughter is in a fight and has video that the another person is bullying your child the administration will still suspend your son or daughter if they hit them back. If your son or daughter has an IEP or in a SDC class and they are in a fight (video showing that they were being bullied) "their IEP doesn't matter and their IEP is put aside due to a fight "-mrs helgura said to another parent on the phone. These school administrators treat the students like criminals by keeping them in the office with 4 Morgan hill police officers there to watch your child. Again, treating them like criminals. In my experience with this school this all has happened to me. I asked my dad and mom while in the office being surrounded by police officers to come to the school and they did so. But I asked to see my parents and they told me i was not allowed to see my parents or have my parents during questioning. And which every student has the right to not answer any questions until their parents are present. And the administration did NOT ask me if I needed a paramedic when I was in a fight with visible bruises. I recommend a different school for your child because of these issues.

Went here probably 13 years ago and have a bunch of awesome memories of it despite the fact that I…read morewas super emo during that time period here (for no reason other than being at the right age for puberty), lacked self confidence and didn't know my place in life (socially-speaking). I recall the school principle wearing red boots that me and my friends called hooker heels. I remember the history/PE teacher (his name I will not disclose) writing in his notebook on the school roof while we did our physical exercises. Me and my friends would come up with emo/"profound" lines he might have been writing in his notebook. We also thought he was super mean and heartless because he'd make us run our 1/2 mile (4 days out of the 5 days) and 1 mile (1 day of the 5 days) even in the rain. As an Asian kid with a superstitious grandma, I thought I was going to for sure get sick! My friends and I were also certain that he was having an affair with the Asian secretary (?) at school. He would also flirt with the good-looking moms during school field trips. I also remember my creepy Spanish teacher who bragged a lot about his daughter and who always got chalk on his butt from leaning on the board. I had a good-looking female math teacher who ran a lot of marathons and an English teacher with a dog who had to wear diapers because of his uncontrollable bowel movements. She used my posters as the class example for how posters should look like because she favored me. I could turn in lower quality work and not get docked points for it. I learned about my love for cooking after taking a foods course here in the 7th grade. Our first recipe was rice krispy treats and our 2nd was for muffins. I also took a ceramics class with a hippie-dippie quirky teacher who turned a Simon and Garfunkel song into a "score and slip" ceramics-related song.
