I've never tried to call there without nearly an hour wait on the phone and today I was on hold for an hour and 45 minutes!! Especially when the last 45 minutes the recording said that there was "ONE person ahead of me ". I've been trying to get in touch about my prescription which is vital to my health. If they are that busy than might I suggest hiring at least another person if only to answer calls? They have been this way for the couple years I've gone there and only seems to get worse. I'm exhausted and STILL have no answers about my prescription!

Dr. Marshall is incredibly knowledgeable, and does everything she can to provide answers to medical issues or questions in a very timely manner. The staff at this location has always been wonderful, and treat our family like friends rather than patients. I am always in awe of this physicians office and all of its staff. They operate like a well oiled machine! Never late for appointment times, responsive on every contact method. We love Dr. Marshall, and all of the nurses and staff at this office. When I had my twins, I was drowning in post partum and did not realize that I was. At the first appointment when released from the NICU, Dr. Marshall checked over my boys, and immediately turned her attention to me... even though it wasn't my appointment. She sat with me and spoke to me like a human being, and talked me through a few things. I am forever grateful for that. She takes the time to know her patients, and knows when something is off. When I moved to Monroe in 2002, I called around to find an internist that could handle my asthma. I had 2 other doctor offices tell me to call Kabir. What I like best is how he works with my other specialists by keeping check on my total health. He even didn't mind when other specialist change level of medicines if they thought it was needed. I have had to go to the ER too many middle of the night because of something the kids at school shared. Every time, Kabir was called because he had listed in my hospital record that he was to be and a few times I was admitted on his call. When I get sick from the kids, I never had trouble being seen quickly. Yes, that does mean at times you do have to wait for a while, but the service of really listening to you and checking you out to diagnose the correct course of action is worth it. Just bring reading material or your cellphone, but most times the wait is under a half hour. Even though I live 45 miles away from Monroe in Southfield MI, I plan to keep him as my main doctor. GREAT doctors are hard to find, as I learned during EBS treatment and death last year. You need one doctor office to check your care to make sure different specialists don't think the others on the team is doing that so medical mistakes happen. I went back a few weeks later for a follow up on the other health issues, which I received no answers to, and asked about the ultrasound she had suggested. As she rushed me out of the office, her response was " An ultrasound would serve no purpose if it was not bad enough." About six months later I had no choice but to go to a gynecologist because of the pain. I had an ultrasound done and my reproductive system was covered with endometriosis, needles to say, I had to have a total hysterectomy. After my surgery I figured I would try another doctor with Springforest being Baldwin did nothing to help me. I had a consultation with Barry Conlan about my other health issues and he looked at me like was a crazy person who disgusted him. At that point I was done with this place. I ended up finding another doctor and come to find out the swelling was from constrictive pericarditis.
