They gave the ring to their technician, who was willing to cut and enlarge it for me when everyone else had simply said no. While I was there, I also needed some extra links removed from my watch. I told them there was absolutely no rush, but they took care of it for me right on the spot. What impressed me just as much was the way they treated everyone who came through the door. It was a busy Friday afternoon and the store was jammed, yet every salesperson took the time to give each customer individual attention. Everyone was friendly and smiling, and despite how busy they were, no one ever seemed rushed or made a customer feel rushed. The store itself is impeccably clean, organized, bright, and well lit.
