Now that Angus and Robertson are only operating online the only way to contact them is via message on their website / email. I normally buy through Booktopia however the books I needed I could only get through Angus & Robertson. Now Angus and Robertson have the same owners as Booktopia. Booktopia has better customer service. Angus & Robertson had cancelled a book in my order without notifying me. I found out by going into order histroy and had to workout why one of the book was cancelled. Out of stock, that's fine however they should notify their customers. I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved all day. They sent me one email in reply. I have then asked if they can provide me with an alternate title - there are different editions of said book. I have heard nothing more from them. read more
