I have asked him to do a 4 room job in June without meeting him. Based on my experience with dealing with painters, cancelling, not showing up without a call or showing up 2 hours late for an estimate. We just had 2 painting groups for the same job, because the first group. Painted our ceilings bright yellow. And the walls a very dark, deep grayish blue. I had the containers marked with the color sample cards with directions as to what paint goes where! The problem was they did not read or write English and were using phones for their needs for translation! What a mess, I had to go a buy large plastic containers of primmer to cover the ugliest rooms you could EVER SEE!! Thank

He removed the popcorn ceiling not knowing what would be underneath and had to put in much more time making it perfect. Promised us the world, but really just took our money and pretended to work. Very sad and disappointed we called Vesper, he came over the same day and was nice enough to take on the job. We told him the deadline was in less then a week, and the movers were coming regardless. With zero hesitation he took on the job and was totally honest about how much he could get done. In less then 12 hours this guy was over at the house fixing what the other guy did and dealing with anything thing that came up (the previous painter that was fired showed up wanting to gain entry). Still working at the house but it looks like we are back on schedule. Professional, competitive, top notch service, and from what I am seeing extremely hard working. He sent me a detailed estimate by email , including all of the extras that were going to be required for a complete paint job. He was certain to inform me of temperature and weather conditions needed to ensure the best results. His crew arrived and got the job done within the time estimated. He sent me pictures of the progress , as I live in Pennsylvania full time. The end result was outstanding. He did a neat and clean job. It was just as he said it would be. He was on schedule every day he worked on our project and explained the next steps along the way and hit all of the agreed upon deadlines.
