Located on the Rue Bourgogne (full of ethnic restaurants!), this was a very pleasant place to dine in. It's a Vietnamese/ Cambodian restaurant operated by people from Cambodia
Clean and nice decor, with soft music (not too loud of obtrusive). Very friendly service (and the manager speaks English).
Entree from 4-8.5 euros. Plat prices vary from 7.5 euro to 15 euro sautéed shrimp. Rice or noodle on the side costs extra. (This was the case at the nearby Indian place, too. That's why sometimes it'd be better to choose a "menu" pre-fixed)
What I ordered were sautéed beef with Angkor sauce and Rice crepe with pork and shrimp - both flavorful enough and well prepared. Not something to wow you, but better than some other ethnic restaurants in Orleans. I would give 3.5 stars. read more
