My experience with Jennifer O'Brien was extremely different from that of Elle B. I called the…read moreoffice for help with formalizing and recording an easement on a rental property, and ask to speak with her because of the real-estate work she listed in her CV. I found it easy to work with her. She listened carefully to the issue, we had a friendly interaction, and she quickly generated a professional document ready for recording, in the appropriate legal form, and covering several issues that had not even occurred to me. I would certainly return to her if I ever needed legal help on a real-estate issue, and have no hesitancy in recommending her. (And no -- she did not ask me to write this review. I felt compelled to do so after seeing the very negative earlier review, which is so different from my own experience.)

As I showed her 1 model I built & explained what she was looking at she paused while starring at it. Then said..."We need to move forward with that." Her words were a gust of fresh air & I sensed genuine support. Her fees are very reasonable as I still had to work. She explained everything about the process & her follow through is superb. There are times the USPTO office is slow to respond & Cynthia is very tenacious! Out of a 10 rating I have to give her a 20 because she's that thorough! D. Wedertz S.M.
