Neither Barbara, or Donneal are gonna take any shit from anyone...but unless it is well deserved, they're not handing any out either...people need to realize that they are property managers and are limited to what the owner approves and denies in regard to repairs and updates...there is not one unit managed by them that is not up to par, legally, so maybe people should be good tenants and not blame the landlord when they're not!
