Dani and her assistant were able to fit me into their schedule on a time crunch, and they did a beautiful job. They went above and beyond what I expected and I am so happy I decided to call them in. They're incredibly thorough, professional, and a joy to work with. I will use them for any deep cleaning projects I may have in the future and will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I requested a deep cleaning no regular cleaning. I requested all house walls, kitchen cabinets out…read moreand inside cabinets. bathroom tubs, sinks, fans, dusted seals. things like that. when she arrived, I was trying to do a walk-through with her to show her everything that I wanted the specifics and she seemed rushed to start. I had to keep going around the house to keep reminding her about the when she left, I noticed that all of my kitchen drawers still had pieces of trash and crumbs. The fans were not dusted my bathroom shower door wasn't cleaned or the sink. top cabinets weren't wiped at all only vacuumed. stove wasn't wiped but not scrubbed, cabinet handles weren't still sticky, I asked to remove grime from the bottom corners under the cabinets to which her only effort was to wipe and said she couldn't do it she could spray it for me and I had to go down there to scrub it myself. The only thing that came out good was the walls. The job felt very rushed. She didn't ask in the end if there was anything else or if we were satisfied, she said the job would take four hours and she left in three hours and 30 minutes and didn't ask if there was anything else we'd like done. I noticed that her business page on Facebook was gone after I asked for a resolution. Her only resolution was half off on the next job without resolution to the job she didn't finish here. So when I initially asked for services I posted on the how can I help Sacramento specifically asking for a deep clean. You posted your business on my comment. I believe that's how I got in contact with you or someone else did however, I still called you and voice messaged you exactly what I was looking for days before you came. I wanted a deep cleaning not a regular cleaning. And you agreed. Needles to say that since you didn't have any other tasks of regular cleaning then you could have really managed to finish what you had agreed with. If you weren't a usual deep cleaner than you shouldn't have taken the job. To my impression I thought you were because you agreed. Also. Offering half off on the next job is very unprofessional. You're basically asking me to pay you again to come finish a job you didn't finish in the first place. I had to go back and finish the tasks. I'm not even being dramatic. I basically paid you 250$ to clean my walls. Because everything else was done half way and rushed. Also, don't forget to mention how when I tried to follow up with you, you just stopped texting me and how somehow I can't see your business page anymore. So that's why I'm here on your yelp. If it was a regular cleaning I needed and just some help around than it would have been okay but I wasn't looking for that I was looking for detailed deep cleaning in the areas that I asked. Also. You weren't even trying hard enough to clean up the grime. You wiped over it and said oh I can't take it off I can spray it for you though so you can clean it off? To which I had to get down there and scrub with a metal sponge myself. I asked for this service because I'm so far along pregnant and didn't want to hurt myself doing it. I mean seriously. Paying someone while you're having to do it with them while they're here? Terrible service. You could have came back and finished. Or gave me a partial refund. I don't care to pay what I need to pay but for the money I pay I expect the job to be done. You seemed to just want to do it quickly to leave. You said you'd take 4 hours in it and you were only here 3 and a half, didn't even say hey would you like to make sure I've got everything, do you need anything else with the extra time I have?, I even offered you a stool to wipe the high cabinets and you still only vacuumed them, and whatever else you needed because it seemed you didn't even have the proper cleaning equipment. Mostly spraying and wiping is what I saw you used. I hope that 250$ blessed your family. Don't act like you don't know what you did ignoring me after and not wanting to come back to satisfy your customers or give them any type of resolution. Why would I want you to come back and pay you to come back when you didn't want to resolve or finish your first job with me. Also it really pissed me off how you tried to say that there was a "misunderstanding" about the tasks I wanted you to do. No maam there was not. It's all in the messages I told you exactly what I needed even did a walk through with you when you came which you just seemed rushed to start. Stop playing dumb. You took my money did a half job and disappeared.

We had our house built 34 years ago and had limestone flooring installed in the kitchen. If you…read moreknow anything about limestone, you know that it is very porous and anything acidic spilled on it can have devastating effects on it. Throughout the years, I've had it professionally cleaned from time to time, but I never invested in a really thorough deep cleaning until recently when I used Ken at American Tile Cleaning. He did a total restoration on the flooring over the course of a couple of days. He worked an absolute miracle on the floors. Every grout line was back to the original color. Huge areas where lemon juice, tomatoes and coffee had been spilled were intensely worked on and the whole floor was brought back to its original glory. It actually shines again. I will attach pictures shortly, but the difference is absolutely remarkable. Besides just being overall dull and dirty it was stained in multiple areas and the grout was brownish. When he was finished, you could see all the natural striations in the Stone and it shines so beautifully now you can actually see the reflection from the overhead lights on the floor. Ken is an absolute professional. He loves what he does and it shows. As stated before, it was a 2 to 3 day job so it was not cheap, but I have seen where cheap gets me by using other companies in the past. This was worth every penny. I just had him come back to give me estimates on my marble shower and bathroom, which both need a lot of help. Feel free to private message me any questions
