On top of all that-a devastating accident tore the family to pieces this week. Bristle arranged the deep clean within a day and we could not be happier with the results. I'm sorry I do not know the name of the cleaner but we are so grateful for the effort. The house looks and smells wonderful. Thank you!! I plan to arrange regular services for my family to help them during the upcoming difficult months.

Occasion: pre-Thanksgiving deep clean…read more I found them online and reached out on Monday about booking before Thanksgiving. I wanted a deep clean so the owner recommended I wait until Tuesday to talk to his lead and assured me that they can still get us in before the holiday. I waited, had the conversation I needed, and booked for Wednesday. Three hours later I get a cancellation. They were apologetic but I noticed in a few other reviews that this happens with them. Did they take the job knowing that they couldn't fulfill (but also that they'd prevented me from hiring anyone else) or did they have an emergency? I'll never know because I'd deep clean the house myself at this point before I'd hire them again. Would I recommend/return? NO to both

Originally I was told they would show up the next day. At 5pm no one had shown up or called my tenant. When I called to find out where they were they said they would be unable to come that day. I rescheduled with them and my tenant for this past weekend. Not once did I receive a phone call or text explaining why they didn't show up. I have now contacted another company in Elizabethtown to do now what I needed done a week ago. I was also willing to pay for the inspection. This is not good customer service and I would not recommend this company.

First off, let's be clear that these four stars are a smidge generous, but so was 7 Pillars. I…read morewould really give them about 3.75 stars. Prior to moving into my new home I wanted to get the carpets cleaned to handle pet odor and some staining. I chose 7 Pillars as I wanted to support a small, local business and I loved that their business name seemed to indicate they are Christian-owned. At the first appointment, 7 Pillars was on time and finished the job quicker than anticipated. The estimate was substantially higher than anticipated, though not unreasonable, as they charge extra for the solutions they use for stain removal and pet odor. Unfortunately, after the carpets dried, they didn't seem to be in much better shape than before they were cleaned. So I called the company and they offered to come back and redo it free of charge. The redo appointment was canceled the day of due to an issue with their equipment- fine, don't come back yet if we're going to have the same problem. When the appointment actually happened a couple of days later, the guy was late but worked hard to address the issues and totally re-did the rooms - I would've likely been fine with just spot cleaning! Did all of the spots come out? No. Do I fault the company for that? Not after seeing how hard the man tried to make things right and after doing some research on stains. This company's integrity is worthy to be lauded but don't expect them to work full miracles on your carpet if that's what may be needed. Know that it may be more expensive than their coupon indicates. Also know that in working with a small business, there can be challenges that are annoying to the customer but be patient and remember you're supporting real people here!

Luckily they do good employees. The employees took it to my basement and cleaned it. They told me I could put it back in 24 hours. I lifted the rug and the floor was moist. I think it was moist enough that it could have damaged my wood floors. I have tried twice to call them today and get an answering machine. If you have padding I think they're fine. I flipped the 11'x8' rug over to finish drying for day two. I'm glad I had a basement to clean it in and the carried it down to clean it. Your call.
