I absolutely love this office and Dr. Intili. Tracy is always so bubbly and welcoming with her greeting us at check in. I love showing updated pictures if my kids, shes always excited ti see them too Doreen is always very detailed with her questioning during her intake before being seen by Dr. Intili. Dr. Intili never rushes me when I'm being seen. Yes, sometimes there may be a wait but being a "rare private practice" office she is the only doctor there and sometimes those babies won't wait to come into the world! I know mine didn't. I was so excited to see Jennifer at the check out desk again. Glad she's back and all smiles as usual too. Dr. Intili's office takes such good care of her patients and I hope everyone stays put for a long time to come!! The doctore was very kind but, something was missing, I like when a doctore explained what they are doing and why, she did no. She doesn't put in IUDs in and that makes me wonder why... honestly I would have gone back If it weren't for the VERY RUDE nurse. I have NEVER been spoken to in such an unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant manner by some one who calls them selves a healthcare professional. Dr Intilli: I hope you read this review and discuss the rudeness of your staff with them. The way they treat your patients is a reflection on you. And the experience that I just had with your nurse, Donna gives your office and you a bad name. My daughter had an appointment there today, and she is young, she doesn't know what she's doing, first time going to the Dr on her "own" as a 19 year old young woman. So when your nurse told her she couldn't verify insurance and you wouldn't be able to see her today, my daughter said "ok" and left, and then called me upset about how your office refused to see her. She is definitely insured. I called my insurance just to verify first (the call took about 3 minutes) and then I immediately called your office, got Donna on the line and asked her to call the 800 number and confirm coverage so my daughter could come back and be seen today. Donna literally refused to help. After I asked her to make the call again, she was extremely rude, stating she had many other things to do and wouldn't be able to verify my daughter's insurance until Monday (today is Friday)....... The infuriating part of the whole scenario is that in the amount of time your nurse Donna took to literally argue with me about not being able to make the call, she could have had it done. I decided to see Dr. Intili because of good recommendations from a family member and also because she is close to my home . I just started seeing her and I really like her . I have nothing bad to say about the doctor herself. However I had a really bad experience with one of the scheduling nurses and the unfortunate part is she doesn't disclose her name all she says is this is Dr. Intilis office. I dont think I want to continue to go to the office if I just stared going and I am already experiencing unprofessional and rude behavior and comments ! I hope Dr. Intili you are able to discuss this with your nurses . But unfortunately I will be seeking treatment from somewhere that is able to work as a team and as a whole treat their patients with respect , compassion , dignity and professionalism. read more

Dr. Intii has been my OBGYN for a while now. After I Delivered my daughter 29 months ago, several things have gone wrong. So, naturally I went to my OB to figure out what was going on. She determined I needed a specialist in the field. So I went to see the Specialist she recommended. After four procedures later, and feeling like a guinea pig, and no better, I went back to Dr. Intilli. She prescribed Lupron, and described it as a "chemical hysterectomy". I found out two days later my insurance dis not cover a dime of it, and it is $ 3,000 a month. So I called her office and explained my dilemma. I received a phone call stating she wanted to put me on Birth Control. I am not able to take Birth Control because it interferes with another medication I take daily. I explained this to one of her nurses, and was supposed to be called back. Yesterday I got a letter stating she is dismissing me from her care. I am not sure why, so this is why I am writing this review. I trusted this Doctor, I pay her to be a physician, we all do with our Health Insurance. I would caution any woman who wants to stick up for her rights when it comes to medical care. We do have rights!! So, I dismiss you, Dr. Intili as my Doctor, not the other way around. Sarah E. I liked her at first. But the last time I saw her was awful!! That was over 5 years ago and I haven't been to a gynecologist since. I was having terrible pain and was told that I had a cyst on my ovary. I was then told by THE DOCTOR that a cyst that small couldn't cause me pain. Basically that I was imagining the pain. I walked out of there in tears and never went back. I don't think that is any way to treat a patient. She called me and tried to say that she would admit me to the hospital and run tests but at that point, I had no more faith in her. read more

If I could give this practice no stars I would!! I was looking forward to seeing this doctor as I have heard some great amazing things about her. So I called to make an appt and the lady that answered the phone sounded like I was bothering her, and she was horribly rude and unhelpful. Then she asked me what kind of insurance I have, and I told her Blue Cross PPO and she tells me the doctor doesn't take this insurance, but when I look the doctor up on my insurance website it definitely says she is a provider in my network. Looking at the other reviews I would think it's safe to say this is an ongoing problem with this place, and me being someone whom hires for the company I work for, if I was the doctor I would fire these people for making my business look bad and for having terrible customer service. read more

Love the doctor but I can never get my prescriptions. They never call them in and they never return my pharmacy's calls. Just tried all day to get my prescription before I went out of the country and I ended up having to call my general practitioner. This woman is a horrible representation for females in the medical field. She does not follow up on her patients, and also discharges them from her care rather than putting in effort to help a patient. I had what I thought was a yeast infection, I went to see her and she gave me medication for it and took a culture to test for any other issues. Results came back bacterial infection. She gave me medication that I was allergic to thank god my pharmacist noticed. And instead of trying to fix the issue, I'm dismissed saying there's nothing she can do. Simply awful. Her main receptionist is a complete c**t. Literally yelled at me when I called to request a change in the medication. Completely unprofessional. I feel violated by this woman. read more

I am shocked with the poor reviews of Dr. Intili! She has been my doctor for 15 yrs and I have never had an issue. Yes, sometimes you wait awhile in the waiting room, but she is thorough and answers any questions you may have. They are usually pretty good about calling if she gets called out for a delivery. As far as not following up with patients, I was supposed to have an ultrasound done and she called me every day for 4 days to see if I had the test done! My husband LOVES her and wishes she treated men. I would never go anywhere else. read more

I love Dr. Intili, but unfortunately the billing and insurance department leaves something to be desired. My credit has suffered because I was turned over for collection for a bill that I never received. I am on SS Medicare and never had to pay anything for my annual exams. When I questioned this, they said my bill had been turned down. I asked why didn't I receive a bill, past notice or notification that I was being turned over for collection. They didn't seem to have an answer for this. It was very upsetting and my credit score has been affected due to this. At the time I immediately gave them a check for $200+ to pay the bill and two years later my credit report still has one negative remark on it. Have decided not to go back there. They just don't care, period. read more

I looked Dr. Intilli up on Yelp because one of my friends I referred to her said the reviews were poor and I'm honestly shocked. She has delivered both my babies and helped me through some tough pregnancies. With my first I was horribly sick and with my second we were able to find a medicine that worked well. I was actually able to enjoy my pregnancy and it was such a blessing. I personally think the staff is great. They are personable and I always feel comfortable with an all female staff. The doctors bedside manner is very good. The complaints that she's rushed or you might have to wait are absurd. The only times I've had to wait is when she had a delivery which is understandable. If you want a more one on one experience hire a doula, can't expect doctors with multiple patients to wait on you. read more

I am completely grateful for Dr. Intilli. I had an extremely difficult pregnancy & she wasted no time ensuring I received appropriate care. She is a very cautious dr & she admitted me several times for tests. I may not have been happy about setting up in the hospital for 2 or 3 days, but she ensured everything was kosher before she released me. All of the nurses at the hospital agreed she is very caring & thorough for her patients. She's a Dr who really does care, & her gut instinct saved my baby . I went to the hospital due to high blood pressure, she didn't like where baby's heartbeat was and made the call to deliver my son at 33w. His heart rate was dipping into the 80s and Lord only knows what would have happened without her. She also did a fantastic job on my csection and my son's circumsicion. I had very few issues with her office staff, most of it was 4 or 5 years ago, I thought they were quite rude, but the past couple years I feel they have been more friendly. I can NOT believe the horrible service i recieved today. I called to get a dr. Note as i get cramps and have felt sick lately. I have suffered every few months getting cramps with passing a decidual cast at least once. I called said i needed to stay home from work, as my slight cramps and hot flashes, and bad bloating were not suitable in my small office environment. I told her i might be pregnant but not confirmed it yet. I was told , and i quote "well we cant help you because you havent been seen for a pregnancy". Shes my gynecologist, i have no one else. I was discriminated against for possibly being pregnant! I just saw her 8 months ago so i don't see how now im un-helpable because of my pregnancy. Never have i been so offended! ! This was information from her manager. I suggest if you want to be helped, you do not see this doctor or you will be treated awful by this woman. No compassion! No heart for her patients. I think Dr. Intili is a wonderful Doctor. she delivered my daughter and also followed me throughly for a problem I was having, always making sure I was okay and making follow up appointments to make sure the issues were resolved. She is very caring about her patients and will go out of her way to go above and beyond to make sure her patients have the best care. read more

If there was a negative stars option, I'd use it. I do NOT recommend her. I went for a routine annual exam. In the course of discussing some health-related matters, I was scared into having a number of tests - many of which I don't know the results (I will not go back so that I can be charged for another visit!). In talking to my insurance company, even they told me that they don't understand why some of the tests were given. And, it's not a matter of me being unprepared. I thought I did my homework, but I did not go to medical school. I should be able to trust that my doctor is ordering only what is medically necessary. I don't feel this was the case in my situation. The bottom line is that after insurance, my routine appointment will cost more than $1300 out of pocket. Her staff is defensive and horrible to deal with - which probably matters little to them because they're getting paid at my expense. read more

I think Dr. Intili's staff including the receptionist, billing department and nurses are extremely rude! The billing and receptionist are possibly the worst I've ever encountered. A past due bill by mistake and the "billing manager" was yelling at me asking how I could let a past due balance go on and she informed me that she has bills due also and has no problem paying them. She doesn't know what's going on in my life and she basically put me down. Also, I forgot my wallet in my car once and said I would be right back. The receptionist told me if I didn't make my co-pay THAT DAY, that they will refuse me and ask that I come back with payment and have to make another appointment. Ridiculous! So they told me I am no longer welcomed as a patient there because of a previous balance that I had. Oh, and she is crazy expensive and does way more tests (not covered by my insurance) and doesn't inform you that they are not covered. No Dr. Intili and staff... YOU may not take "care" of me anymore! read more
