What I needed was direction in how to de-clutter the playroom and also create a space to keep my 2 daughters engaged in their toys. Every time I walked by the playroom it was causing me stress due to the immense amount of toys & items crammed into the room. I was having to clean the room multiple times a day so that once the girls were done playing they had a clean space to come back to and we're able to walk around in the room without stepping on toys. I needed direction on how to arrange the room in a manner so that the girls could stay focused for more than a few minutes to then ask for the television to be turned on. I'm sure they were sharing the same feelings of being overwhelmed with the clutter as I was. It is very easy to use and can synchronise with all you company credit cards and expense, one less step need to worry. In addition, Paul is very patience with me, walked me through all the steps to make sure I understand the detail. He came out to my office to check on me multiple times just to make sure I am good. And to put the cream on top, this software is also app friendly. I can synchronise my book while I am on the bart, muni or waiting at the check out line while grocery shopping. I was referred to Paul by someone I had used many years ago to help me with my Quickbooks…read moreaccounting file. She was having medical issues and was not currently working. My Quickbooks file was corrupted and I needed help. Paul was able to give me quick advice over the phone, but the "fix" didn't hold. He suggested that I start a new company file and hire him to transfer over the data. I'd done this 15 years ago myself, but since then my business has grown and I didn't have the time again to take this on. His fee was $2850.00 due in advance. We discussed the data that would and would not be transferred over and set a schedule for this to be done. Paul did the work in the scheduled time and said he would e-mail me a spreadsheet of certain "fields" in my customer data file that should be fixed. I didn't receive the e-mail and in working in the new file I found out that the data transferred did not end up being everything that was discussed. Important data in my notes files, 15 years in the making, did not make it over to the new file as I was told. Some customer contact information also did not make it over to the new file as I was told. I was told Employee Data would not make it over due to privacy laws, and that did make it over. I called Paul twice to ask for that spreadsheet, and the second phone call I also expressed concern about the missing data that was not transferred to the new file. I never got a phone call or e-mail back from him. I felt like he "took my money and ran". I keep going back and forth between and 2 and 3 star review. His customer service was excellent prior to the transfer but after the fact he dropped out of contact.
