Stopped for a quick lunch and the place looks amazing inside with all the pool table and such a nice bar. Food order was quick to be taken with about 10 other guests in the bar. Place was real clean and so were the restrooms. The food on the other hand not so good. First off we ordered wings, a sandwich and the daily special which was a meatball sandwich all with fries. The wings were crisp and barely edible, the small wings were cooked to a crisp and the 2 larger ones were ok. The meatballs in the sandwich were black and so old/overcooked that it was not edible. The other sandwich was ok and the fries were fresh and cook correct. Wait staff never came back for a drink refill, no apology for the bad food but credit was given. 4 of us met here last evening, took a very LONG time for our food to come out AND it was not even remotely warm, clearly my "grilled cheese" sat for a period of time, the cheese wasn't even soft any longer. My husband clearly said NO olives on his salad, was served with olives. Asked to speak to the manager, not expecting to be comped but just to voice our disappointment, he ( the owners Son) would not come over, now that's customer service. Mark, the manager on duty, was extremely disrespectful to our group. My group of 7 went into Andy's Pub on a business trip and were served immediately. When 5 of my other coworkers joined our group, they we're instantly scolded for their pants upon arrival. Multiple other people in the bar were wearing the same attire as those in my group and were not asked to leave. He then made an "exception" for us because others were being served with the same attire but we decided to cash out immediately. People in my group were racially profiled and disrespected. We were constantly asked to move around from pool table to pool table without being given any clear reason on why. I felt very uncomfortable and anxious like we were doing something wrong. Last thursday I ordered a tuna melt with fries to go and the guy told me we are very dead so this will be ready real quick. So after picking up the order I got home to find out I got a grilled cheese. So I called and the bartender answered and told me they could make me a new one but I said I was already home. So she said just call when you are ready and ask for one of the bartenders and I could get our sandwich no problem. So today around 6 pm I called and explained this exact situation and the girl first says to me your to late. I just got here and I do not know anything about this. Then she asked me to hold and I heard the entire conversation she was having and funny she never said that she told me I was to late. So when she got back on the phone I asked what her name was and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. We hosted our Rehearsal dinner at The BullFrog which is the 2nd floor of Andy's Pub- same ownership. The owner, and his staff were very accommodating leading up to the event and durring. They all went out of there way to make our experience great. The service and care of their staff is excellent. I would recommend for a party or event of 60 or less. You also have access to your own pool tables on the 2nd floor and a patio outside durring the summer months. Their price is very good for events but you can decorate it as informal or elegant as you want. This place is also great for a snack or meal with friends. Nice pub atmosphere and again very well run with great staff. read more

It was Friday at dinner time and at least upstairs we were one of two tables and one guy at the bar. Still pretty dead. Our food came pretty quick and was decent. Waiting for to go boxes and the bill took quite awhile. The thing I have an issue with is watching 3-4 employees behind the bar literally doing nothing. One was clearly there to bartend as she did help the one guy. The other girl was on her cellphone almost the entire time we were there (not a problem for us but doesn't look good for business and I'm sure management doesn't pay her to do so) the other girl went between being on her phone and then eating and licking her fingers. Great location, Plenty of parking and tables to play on. Nonsmokers be warn. Its a heavily smoked bar. I mean I had to shower twice to remove the stench that I left with. I could just imagine my lungs. PA is so behind the clean air act its not even funny. They try to clean it up, BY NOT ALLOWING CIGARS. really what the heck. They have rules like don't wear your hat backwards but smoke all you want and kill one another with second hand smoke. You are not allowed to wear another type of hat that's not a cap (no skullies). I am surprise they can even notice that with all the smoke in the air. This location is a three business location. there is a upstairs called bull frogs and then the billiards and then the pub. Suggestion to the owner. make the upstairs a second hand smoke pub where you can enjoy killing your self. make the billiards area a non smoking area and only allow smokers by the bar not near the tables. Add a heavy extractor to remove the smoke. Maybe then I will give you a five star. read more

This is a great place to get together with some friends for a laid back night of all of the previously mentioned - and you can head upstairs to the Bullfrog afterwards for some more brews. Bartender didn't know what the beers on tap were called, just stated "they're $6" every time I would ask. Lit a smoke to see how long it would take to get an ash tray (there was one about four feet away, unmanned, and ready to be filled with my cigs poop.) She walked passed me twice and looked in my direction, even cleaned out an ash tray in front of me and placed it next to the aforementioned tray. I got about halfway through my cigarette before I just grabbed one myself. Poor service, food sucks, beer is over priced, but the atmosphere is nice. read more

No! Do not take a party there! Terrible service. Waited 1 1/2 hrs for our food. Also orders were not right. She never came around to see if we needed anything else to drink. And also make sure you check receipt to make sure gratuity is added or not. We over paid! Which if it was good we totally would not of minded! I am writing a review today of Andys Pub and Bullfrog bar. Bullfrog is the bar that is located upstairs from the Billiards section of Andys Pub that has been operating at 3866 Peach for a couple decades. Bullfrog bar was built on a couple years ago. While I was not here when it first opened, having been a regular customer since November of last year, I can say that for the past six months, it seems the younger crowd is upstairs. When I first came in I was served by a very nice, cheerful girl who gave me lots of great info about the new city I had just moved to. After several weeks of great service from Mila, I always made sure to go in when she was working, that way I definitely got the best service. Some of the other bartenders are nice, but Mila always seemed to go above and beyond most and do a superior job. Even in times when the bar was very packed, Mila was able to provide personal service to each and every customer. I was quite shocked when I went in last weekend and found from one of the employees she is no longer there due to not having on the correct color of tank top. Of course, that is ridiculous. She is a hard worker and it is quite obvious that businesses such as Andy's/Bullfrog Bar are more interested in the things outside their business instead of keeping and rewarding valued employees who develop their own customer base and signature drinks. To that end, I decided to call the owner that saw fit to fire Mila and called numerous times, only to be told there was not a member of management available. Finally, after about six tries, I talked to a gentleman named Paul. Gentleman might be quite a stretch, but it was Paul, nonetheless. I shortly and diplomatically explained my concern that the most professional, coutreous and hardworking bartender that had greeted me to Erie was no longer in Andy's employ. Paul rudely cut me off and muttered something about not discussing employee issues and hung up. Did he ask any questions? No. Did he ask if I had a bad experience? No. He didnt even listen, just hung up. I am quite certain the future revenue on Mila's regular nights will be exponentially lower now that she is no longer there. I can't wait to find out where she will be bartending next so that I can get her signature drinks and outstanding customer service. A bartender who has her own customer base will be a great addition to some lucky Erie bar. read more

Andy's pub bartenders are like watching the sloth at the zoo trying to eat. The unamused look on their faces make me want to order a straight shot instead of a bud light. Waited over 20 minutes for a beer because one of the bartenders HAD to shake a shot. The only reason I return is because it's a great pool hall, and you can smoke inside. read more

The hours on the website are not correct, showed up at 2:00 p.m. and they were closed. Later in the evening went back with the family to play pool and got turned away because we were wearing gym shorts or casual attire. The website does not specify no gym shorts or so-called street clothes. Drove to Erie from out of town and was very disappointed, ruined my sons hope to play pool. I have been going to Andy's for years and honestly I loved it there until today. I had HORRIBLE service half of the time my waiter was on his phone RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. My boyfriend got the wrong order and speaking of ordering it took about 15 min of waiter and waitress walking by us before someone finally came up to take our order.
